It's been a while, but I still remember the terrible experience. The truck was dirty and had broken pieces of glass inside. The driver’s cab was dirty, smelled bad, and had visible grime. I’ve never returned to this location, and I never will.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was just thrilled to find a place open on a Sunday where I could get a truck with no notice. The mover I hired showed up to take my great-grandmother’s dining room furniture out of storage in an open pickup truck in the pouring rain (not ok). U-Haul saved the day!
