The man at the drop off never turned to look at me. Just typed in the information and said " have a nice day", very impersonal.

SOPHIE WI was really impressed with the level of customer service at Circle S Hardware. They helped me strap in my furniture after the movers recommended I get straps for my cross-country move. And, they loaded the auto transport onto the truck, then helped me load my car onto the transport. I would recommend this location to anyone who asks.

Gustavo PThe online reservation system allows customers to book small trucks or cargo vans for pickup after 5:00 PM. However, when we called the location directly, the staff informed us that this branch has a strict 5:00 PM closing time and does not support rentals after that time for the small pickup and cargo van. This discrepancy should be corrected. Our reservation was confirmed for 5:30 PM, which nearly caused us to miss the truck. We had to rush to the location to arrive before the 5:00 PM cutoff.

MARK UI have rented from Uhaul on multiple occasions. This location provided the smoothest experience I've had by far. The team was well organized and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

DUANE FUHaul website allowed me to rent a trailer that was still being used by another customer, and still reserved for another day. Thanks to the team at Circle S they found another trailer for me, but the UHaul website should have prevented this from happening, or notified me so I could make other plans.

Humberto CThe vehicle was marked as full when I picked it up. I drove the vehicle for 20 miles and returned. The vehicle took 7 gallons of gasoline, meaning the place did not properly check in the vehicle from a previous customer. I asked for the difference of the fuel to be reimburse and they refused. They punished the customer because they failed to properly and adequately perform their job. I am very disappointed in the my U-Haul experience.

Heather SThe truck wasn't clean when I picked it up, however that didn't necessarily bother me till I check the truck back in and Uhaul was trying to solicid $25 for cleaning fees. The Before and After checking should have clearly identified that the truck wasn't clean inside when I picked it up and therefore should have asked for me to pay a cleaning fee.
