We underestimated how long we would need a 10' truck and had to call every day to extend. They were always courteous, understanding and helpful. We will definitely use this U-Haul rental site again.John R.

There was debris in the back of the truck. The employee did clean up. There was only a quarter tank of gas. I was told if there was more gas at dropoff than at pickup, I would be reimbursed. Turns out that is not true. So the recurring theme is this truck will always have a quarter tank of gas at pickup and customers will generally be ripped off by U-haul due to management policy. The policy should be changed to ALWAYS have a full tank or no less than 3/4 full. The U-haul phone line person indicated the pickup location doesn't have time to gas up trucks, yet apparently the customers do. So, customer gets ripped off due to laziness policy by U-haul management.scott B.

The inside of the truck was filthy when we got it (leaves and trash), and we got a cleaning fee after we dropped it off. The tank was at about 1/4 when we got it and i put more than needed (well above 1/4) in the tank when I dropped it off. But we got a gas refill fee. We called and left a voicemail but never got a call back. This is unacceptable and I would like to be reimbursed for the fees.Robert G.

Van was missing a part above the back door and did not smell pleasant inside. Also, I was charged for the estimated mileage, not the actual mileage. I'd also rented a van last year, and I've realized that they did the same thing then as well.SARAH G.
That vehicle was beat. The headliner in the cab was torn. The drivers side door handle was broken. Ignition key was hard to turn. Vehicle had 110k miles so it was well used.PATRICK S.

Who ever the guy was who helped me on 11/12 was extremely knowledgeable, very nice, and I will prob never rent from another uhaul location except for this one becaue of him. He needs a raiseâ€¦nicolas B.
The gas gauge was wrong. I was unable to verify the mileage on the website. When I retuned the vehicle the odometer was wrong. I travelled 60 miles and was charged 72. I had the truck for less than 4 hours and was charged $115.00. I will never use this location again. What a rip off.Andrea D.
Staff should be properly trained on how to assist with online check ins/outs. I had questions I had to figure out myself bc they didn't know how to assist me. Later, once I returned the truck I was told everything was fine but later was charged my quote price then a second charge for miles I never got close to putting on the truck. Had to call for a reimbursement, which then They ended up RECHARGING my card ($3+ more than I was supposed to) before I even got the original reimbursement for the 2 charges. Thankfully the money was there. It was all a complete mess. The staff was nice but I just didn't have a good experience at all. I don't feel like calling back to ask why they still over charged me so I will let it go but I probably won't be back.Bonnie R.

the truck was very dirty but cleaner than some trucks i've rented. I did not like than when i returned the man at the counter did not come out with me to inspect the truck. I took pictures prior to renting and of the miles when i returned but i would have liked to make sure before I left.Teri P.

The truck wasn't clean and the right mirror was broken and taped up.Katrina H.
The side mirrors on the truck were unusable because they were not fixed in position. They flutter out of view while driving. The additional concave mirrors aimed at the ground. I finally duct taped the mirrors in place. It was horrible. The trucks should also have rear cameras. The truck ran great. But you need to fix the SEVERE, DANGEROUS, CRIPPLING Mirror issue.Scott B.

My truck's right mirror was very loose and would not stay in place. Every time I hit a bump, it would swing completely outward and completely out of a view. Luckily I had someone with me in my passenger seat to reach out and swing the mirror inwards everytime I needed to change lanes or turn. Major safety issue and would've been impossible if I was alone. I didn't notice it happen until I had just turned on to the interstate. I told the front desk about it when I brought the truck back.Nicholas W.

The rollup door did not open properly, I brought it to the attention of the employee, and he basically told me that it was the only truck they had and either had to take it or leave it. I am going to the doctor today because my neck is very sore from hitting the top of the roll up that would not properly open. They also told me that the truck had seven eights of a tank. I took a picture of the tank at pick up and it was 3/4 of a tank. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had running U-Haulâ€˜s. I am a contractor in Tennessee and run my business out of a U-Haul storage facility and have always received excellent service. They also didn't have the dolly that I ordered three and was forced to use an appliance dolly which did not work appropriately for the move. I wish there was a way to rate somebody under one star.Doug B.

I had to resort to this location because the location of my original rental was problematic. It cost me more money to get a different vehicle, and the original reservation couldn't be honored.
