When I arrived at 12:15 pm to return my trailer the building was locked and a sign said the manager would return shortly so I just used the online U-Haul return process which was very easy. Dropped the trailer, uploaded the required photos and info and drove away.

The inside of the truck wasn't very clean and I would think that with a pandemic, it would be very clean. Not so sure that it was cleaned after the last rental.

Terrible! First, kept ringing this doorbell for someone to come open this big gate... finally had to yell and this fat guy on way out to cook lunch on the grill opened gate... then the lady inside took another 10 minutes to figure crap out... horrible location... do not go! Go to citadel on ridge!

The drop off was easy, the location was clean, with a sign that they use a filtration system to clean the air inside, desk representative was wearing a mask, and was friendly.

I left a voice mail Sunday to check in on my return of the rental. I had trouble with the key box, and wanted to be sure I was all set. I also emailed yesterday as well, using the email address I provided to be sure again I was all set. I have not heard back via phone or email over 24 hours after my outreach. This is concerning.

Have more than one person at the counter. Picking up the truck took a long time due to the wait. Had to wait over 30 mins as they processed the customer before us.

It took a very long time to complete the rental online and that time was counted as part of the rental time.. If you arrive at 145 for a 2p rental and it takes a hour to complete the rental process online (2:45) you time still starts at 2. That's it right.

I may have missed it in the check-in procedure, but I had to search a little while to find the key lockbox. Seems obvious now that it would be the side of the building, but it might be a good idea to just put a note on the website that the lockbox is to the left of the Citadel Storage entrance. Thanks!

When I first attempted to reserve the truck (in person), the associate suggested that I use the mobile app instead so that I could pick up the truck during off hours (early Saturday morning). Clunky process. App was terrible. I had to go inside the office and complete the transaction (essentially start over) when I picked up the truck. Staff at the point was very helpful.

My discontent is not with the local "neighborhood" dealer, I'm pissed that the corporate reservations center cancelled my reservation as I was standing in the lobby to pick it up. I asked for 5p, but my reservation was dated for 1p, so a reservation agent at the call center cancelled it with no attempt to reach out to me. I was forced to rent a more expensive vehicle with additional space I did not need. I guess I'll consider myself lucky that they had any vehicle at all to rent me, but I'm not happy I had to spend an additional $30.

That truck felt like it was old as I am. 50 years old. Tire had been replaced. Indicator light was still on even though tire was fixed. But STILL WHY WOULD YOU GIVE ME THAT TRUCK. HE TOLD ME BEFORE I GOT IN. when I called for reservation I should have been told to look for Citadel storage place and not UHAUL. A joke. Thanks

I was told my total charges for Uhaul was $67 only for me to realize later I was deducted $85 . And when I tried to call and find out why they will not put me to the right quarters. All they say is manager will get back to you and uptill now I have not received a call after making many calls
