Clean location ...equipment in good shape. What I did not like, and not sure I will allow in the future, s that they did not check the truck when I returned it. Employee claimed, after a call since I had not received a receipt, is that he was waited to "return" the truck so that no one could rent it as they needed it for an AM rental. I get that, but at least check the truck in front of the Customer....you can absolutely do the paperwork later. Invoice was accurate...so, other than that, no issues.
Donald HStop trying to scam customers I go 9 to 12mi didn't put gas in the tank and I suppose to owe u guys when I had 35 dollars coming back to me didn't go nowhere else but pick up truck to my home to storage and back to you and I owe u guys u are scammers

Charlene VBy far the nicest and cleanest U-Haul location I have ever visited. Staff person was extremely polite and helpful. Truck was extremely low on gas. Low gas warning appeared as leaving the parking lot. However, we didn't have far to travel to arrive to our first destination. The second was very close as well. Total mileage was 6 miles so it wasn't an issue. If this had been a move day that involved longer distances, starting with a fuel tank that low would have been extremely frustrating.
