rough neighborhood but the guy was friendly. Your antiquated systems crashed while were were there and i could not check out
Richard RThey need to check their air pressure in their trailers more often. We rented a 5x8 and had only 16 PSI. We were able to inflate it and it did hold air and we told the rental place. They said they would keep an eye on it.

Adam BThe trailer was not clean. Lots of trash in trailer. It would be nice to have Trailer tounge jack on these big Trailer (6x12) . It IS needed. This size Trailer is SO heavy...it is difficult to un-hitch without. PLEASE add. You have them on the 6x12 open trailer.

MICHAEL GWe rented the Uhaul one way. Picked it up in Columbus, Ohio and dropped it off in Cincinnati, Ohio. Before dropping off at this location on Ridge Ave., we tried 3 other places. 2 that were listed in your system were non-existent for Uhaul drop off and the other one wasn't allowed to accept one way rentals. Very frustrating driving around a city we're not familiar with. I do have to say when I called the 800 Uhaul number, the woman I talked to whose name was Teliah Wallace, was so nice and helpful! She made the frustrating experience better. She went out of her way to help us.

LAVETTA BIt was super easy to pick up and return the truck. Attendant was pleasant and knowledgeable. Earlier I had stopped at the Sharonville location to get a mattress bag, but the place was crowded, no king size bags.

STEPHON GA $75 fee for fuel when I only drove 8 miles total with the U-haul vehicle is robbery. The 8 miles includes the drive to return the vehicle and the car only sat idle while running for no more than 10 minutes. I will never use this service again. So many hidden fees and it’s not even worth it. Going forward I will hire movers for an extra couple hundred bucks rather than break my back just to have to pay an absurd price anyways.

MELISSA HWe found this location after the nearby Kennedy Avenue location COMPLETELY FAILED US. To criticize the Kennedy location, we'd arranged when reserving online to drop off our trailer. The posted hours were Saturday 1 - 5. We arrived at 3, and they were closed. I tried calling the number, and the message said something to the effect of, "We can't accept phone calls." (It was hard to hear.) YOU SHOULD DROP THIS LOCATION. They are a stain on your company. And if you read their reviews on Google, we're not the only ones who have had problems with them. We then went to the Ridge Road site. And though the employee on duty was not sure whether he could accept it, he did. That is great customer service.
MICHAEL SMileage pricing was not well explained when booking. This was supposed to be a little over $100 and when I checked out it was $336. I was SHOCKED and very disappointed. This is a hidden fee and I would have looked for a different option had U-Haul been upfront about the charge.

Erin HI worked with the same person at pick up and drop off. He was terrific. He was awesome at managing all of the customer traffic in the front office in such a calm and confident manner. I feel terrible I don’t recall good name. He’s a gem.
