The mobile experience is horrible. It does not work. There is no reason to expect that a person has their passport or lease agreement on them, or would give their bosses phone number for personal activities. The keys and blankets also weren't in the van so I had to go inside anyways.CORI K.

Had a Uhaul booked at a different location and was told they did not have a truck available for me. I do not understand how i was able to reserve a truck that was not available. Luckily, Uhaul found another truck nearby. However, that location was hesitant to allow me to rent it for the afternoon because they needed it for the next day. We used it for 3 hours and returned it on time. If trucks are not available, do not allow customers to reserve them. My schedule was flexible, but other people's might not be. I will be hesitant to reserve another Uhaul again in the future and will probably consider other truck rentals.RYAN G.

Truthfully, the mirrors on the UHAUL were not easily adjustable and could not be adjusted to a safe position. (Had multiple people - including two engineers - try to adjust with no avail). Very unsafe vehicle. Also the driver door would only shut if I used every ounce of force in my body to slam it. That seemed abnormal. Overall BAD experience with this particular truck. No phone call to tell me my pick up location was different. I drive to seven hills location .....truck wasn't returned by renter. then had to drive to Norwood to get truck. how to turn in the vehicle and keys was not included in the in-person interview. No one is at the site after 6pm. online instructions were provided but it took awhile to figure them out. A detailed cheap sheet at the time of registration concerning how to return everything would be nice.MARIA D.
This does not only apply to the above location but overall at a few. The vans always seem to be really dusty inside and sometimes dried mud or dirt. I always sweep or vacuum the inside and I always have the urge to spray off the outside when I rent one. It's not horrible bad, and maybe I'm just a clean freak. From the beginning the worker seemed out out and annoyed. The truck had a cracked mirror, was dirty, and the transmission kept slipping. We got back again the guy seemed annoyed, told us we were good then I got charge extra money. I will not rent from there again.REBECCA L.

Sales representative was very rude and not helpful at all...racist. I received a dolly but no ramp on the truck that I rented, which made the dolly useless. Best experience of customer service ever renting a U-Haul perfect location for the area , mile rates were a bit high because of it being a week end rate, we didn't have far to go any how so that helped with them being so close, No hassle experience good customer service and reasonable.Felipe A.

I reserved a car hauler at my local U-Haul branch, five minutes from my house. The reservation was transferred and I spent an hour driving to and from to pick it up. Then, another hour to drop it off. Very inconvenient for the consumer. When I reserved the trailer, The employee at the desk was less than friendly. The ratchet for the wheel straps on the trailer were nearly seized up from not being lubricated. It took a lot more effort to operate them. I picked up the trailer at 20 minutes after two for four days. I was told it had to be returned by 2 o'clock on the fourth day. That's 20 minutes that I paid for that I did not get to use without paying for an extra day late fee. I also felt that the rental per day was over priced. I made it clear to the employees that I spoke with that I will not ever be using U-Haul again. Then, when I returned it, I patiently waited in line and the employee let someone cut in front of me. How rude and unprofessional. I have used U-Haul many many times over the years and I have never found customer service to be at the top of their list.Philip B.

The service was great but the inside the seating area of the vehicle was not cleaned properly before it is rented out. My husband had to clean it after we picked up the vehicle. Another thing, the wait time to get to a customer service representative was over 46 minutes. Those are the two things that I think need improvement.
