I received the truck that was not even the one I scheduled for they said I was getting a free upgrade which I did not I was charged over John mileage the truck ran really crappy it's really bad on gas mileage the representative at the citgo the authorized dealer for U-Haul was rude disrespectful and a very belligerent with his mouth and charged me over and told me that I owe money where I'm going to be arrested I did not go over 300 miles on my reservation for my miles they kept my money and treated me like garbage

The website allows you to pick up a UHaul truck after hours. I have been to locations where you can rent a uhaul and pick up after hours. However, this location threatened to charge me an additional fee to pick up after hours, which I have no choice but to because my work hours are from 11am to 7:30pm. The location was pretty unprofessional and the uhaul manager was no where in sight. I had to deal with a lady who works in a gas station to pick up my vehicle. My truck ramp did not work correctly either and the steering wheel was about 15 to 30 degrees out of alighnment.
Jordan RThe car was full of oil when I started to put away my things my mattress got dirty with that oil that I had watered I had to remove what I had already stored wash the car remove the oil that I had spilled and my mattress I have to look at how to clean it so I don't recommend it because now I have double very dirty work otherwise good
