We have used Haul several times over the past few years. The only complaint I have is that this is the second time I have requested/reserved a 20 ft. truck only to go pick it up and have a 26 ft truck instead. We really did not want such a big truck because of it being more difficult to drive.JACK W.

I needed to move some patio furniture from one location to 5 miles down the road to another and the uhaul location is half a mile from where I picked the uhaul up at. There were 2 trucks on the lot, one had a sign in window for $19.99 and the other had no sign. I inquired about the $19.95 truck for a 1 hr rental and was told it was already taken. So I ended up with the bigger truck which cost $39.95, used approx a gallon of gas, went 11 miles total, had truck for less than a hour, and paid $60. The price was horrible. The reps were nice so I guess that made up for it.jonathan C.

The truck I rented was nasty inside and out. Had a horrible vibration in the transmission and front end. So bad that it shattered some glass that we had wrapped up in soft blankets with dividers and tons of cushioning on both sides. I figured that a piece of furniture had to have vibrated over and crushed it from all the severe vibrations above 15mph.JEFF E.

Unfriendly and unknowledgable staff. Truck was in poor condition. Brakes were shot, steering column was shotty at best, and truck was dirty upon pickup. I'll be using another carrier next time.james K.
The drop-off location was a rundown little convenience store with a proprietor who was more concerned with selling lottery tickets than inspecting and receiving the trailer I had rented. She simply said to just write down my name and phone number on a post-it note and they would contact me if there were any issues.Harvey H.

I requested a 26 ft truck over 2 weeks in advance to another location and was sent 20 miles away to pick up. Then when I go to pick up, my truck is blocked in. The woman working asked me to move the trucks around to get to my reserved truck, even though there was a truck of the same size that could have been driven right off the lot.Sean K.

When the lady was tying to key in the information into her system, she was interrupted multiple times by customers trying to purchase from the store. I was told my 2016 5.7 4X4 Toyota Tundra would not pull a 2008 chevy aveo. So, I tried to go online and reserve it that way. Then the system told me the location I was at did not have a tow dolly. So, then I called u-haul and they took care of it.joel W.

My check in date was for April 15th. We finished use of the truck and took it to the drop off location. I was told I could not check in until the following day. I told the attendant, I did not understand, we were through with the vehicle today and wanted to turn it in. She took the key and said, but we cannot check you in until tomorrow. Customers should be advised that they are expected to spray out, wipe down, mop out U-Haul bed in addition to sweeping it out to avoid $25 cleaning fee. In addition to paying someone to clean out U-Haul (sweeping out bed, removing any debris), I was charged for U-Haul vendor to spray out bed. I would have saved my payroll money had I known I would be charged anyway. Also, I was rushed away by vendor before final inspection was complete, being told my final fees would just be emailed to me. I would have much rather waited for rep to inspect, check mileage and fuel usage, etc...while I was there than to be told he would do it later and email me. I personally felt that I was being charged fees unfairly and dishonorably.janice D.

Don't send any one to this place, the afm needs to explain a couple things to this guy, but then again talking to the afm that guy needs more training him self. JASON HARDIN needs to do more for Uhaul then just sit around and collect a pay check. I'm very disappointed in this Uhaul rental! Long story short DONT GO HERE TO RENT OR RETURN ANY RENTAL!Donald M.
