CLEAN YOUR TRUCKS. Your staff is absurd! The management sucks. The vehicle was a good running truck, but the maintenance is non existent. I picked up the truck on empty, the owner refused to fill the tank. My fuel was reported as 7/8, but only had 1/8. I had to stop and clean, fuel and disinfect the truck which took 45 minutes. And the only thing the manager agreed to do was credit a cleanup charge of 25$. Are you kidding me???

I had a very weak phone signal at the location. This cause the checkout process to take about 30 min. Vendor had to manually input information into system between customers. Once paperwork was completed Uhaul attachment went very fast.

There was no signage for any U-Haul desk, office, etc. We just approached the Citgo counter and they directed us to the gentleman who was the U-Haul representative. It was very informal and a bit odd however, the gentleman was very helpful, courteous, and allowed us to pick up our equipment a day early when we went to see if we needed to do a pre-check. We had no issues at all with picking up the equipment from him.

The service in Ellenwood and hwy 42 in rex ga was excellent. The equipment was a1 aswell.

The truck we had on reserve was not there for us. We ended up with a much larger truck. This is the second location that we have tried to pick up a uhaul and have had issues. This will be the last time we use this service.

The Citgo Fuel Center had poor customer service. The employee claimed to have no clear understanding of how Uhaul service worked at his location. Had no way of providing any form of paper work. Any question I had the response was to call the 1 800 number. This was a horrible experience. We will never do business with the company going forward. Please provide them with more training.

Took my money and never payed me back for drafting my account 4 times after i paid the money all ready and never call me back in 3 days like they said they would still haven't heard back from you guys and still took 6 dollars after yall took 41dollars out of my account and never payed it back you will hear from my bank

The U-Haul rep left at 6pm on 12/24/29 when I had a 6:30pm reservation and I wasn't able to get the truck as we had movers at our location waiting on truck. I had to return 12/25/19 to get a truck and when returning it 12/26/19 at 9am the store was not open because the same Rep didn't show up till 9:15am. Very dissatisfied customer all around

I placed the order to rent your vehicle on your app. My intent was to pick up a large item from someone selling an item on Craigslist. The seller backed out of the transaction. I immediately returned the key and reported my request for a refund as I never drove the vehicle. Instead I was told that I did drive the vehicle and I would not receive a refund. I have moved with uhaul several times but this situation will be my last.

The gas needle did not jive with the contract paperwork that e-signed. I took a picture and took it back into the Authorized Dealer to see and he said it was fine just make sure the needle was back whereI picked it up from, despite the paperwork. However, upon returning the truck, my card was charged an additional $25 the next day for gas! When I went back up to the store to dispute this, the same authorized dealer that I dealt with said that there's nothing that he can do and that I needed to call the 800 number. I am livid!!! This is has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever considering everything else I had to go through with making reservations at two different locations and the truck not being available, without any type of compensation from U-haul. I will NEVER and it encourage others to NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM!

For starters, you could have all the equipment someone needs at the same location. I needed to rent a 26' truck, a 12' trailer and a car dolly. Even though I went and set up the rental a week in advance, the equipment was not placed together. Horrible customer treatment. I had to pick up the dolly, then drive to collect the truck and trailer. It was at the 2nd location that they then informed me they did not have the truck, even though they sent an email and text stating they did. They finally had to have an employee drive me to a 3rd location to get the remainder of the equipment. Horrible customer experience.

let people know what the exact price is upfront and not charge them for what they did not use. Please train your agents on their job so that they dont tell the customer the wrong thing making them spend extra money. I had an issu and can not move until 2 week I will not be renting from uhual

They had no record of our rental and we're not expecting us to drop off. Definitely a UHaul error over location error, but yet another problem we had with pick up and drop off of this rental.
