The back Trailer was so dirty. It rained on the day of the pickup and after loading up our stuff, and driving to the unloading location, we had to wait out the rain for an hour or two. Once we began to unload and got all the way to the back, we found water was leaking in somehow and it along with the dirt (now muddy) destroyed our bagged up linen (white pillows, mattresses and sheets)…. Awful experience. Probably won’t use this location again. Front cabin smell was bad as well.

Joe TSmall but well run location, don't know why the app doe not list this location for me when it's just 2 miles away. This is my go to place for haul rentals.
Joe TThere were ants in the uhaul after we submitted that the uhaul was clean, they began to appear. There were inside of the truck near the middle console where the cup holders were also when we arrived to our destination, there were more ants in the back where we loaded our items. The uhaul leaser gave us raid spray and also sprayed the truck causing us to ride with the raid smell in the car. After my original reservation was cancelled, we ended up here and highly disappointed. My next move will be with a reputable company and not uhaul. I also would not recommend to anyone because my experience was 0/10
