JOE TPoor cell service in the area (for my phone) made using the U-Haul app very slow and difficult to use. No staff present to assist and the local contact number for the franchisee took me to voice mail only. Needed assistance but never got a return call for help.
James NWhen I called someone answered but I heard nothing. I then called back and someone answered and spoke. I asked if someone would be in the office today to assist if needed with disassembling the auto transport and I was told “no!” I expressed to the worker that your site states you’re open from 9-2pm on Sat. and it’s only 10:30 a.m. Her response “we are not open today.” I then said, your site needs to reflect that. No apology from the worker. This location will not be recommended to anyone.
