First of all that location first location that I reserved a week earlier. I had to drive 50 minutes from my house to reach this place. The worst part though was that they do not have a functioning phone number at that location or at the business tied to it. There is no way to confirm. The trailer was actually on the lot unless I drove all the way there. When I arrived, the person at the counter spoke poor English, and had to call someone to figure out how to rent me the trailer. He use his personal cell phone to take a picture of my credit card and my drivers license and sent it off to The unknown person on the phone. Completely insecure and shady.
