Auto tow dolly I was assigned had one dead tail light. Second one had only one segment working on a tail light. Third one worked. Dangerous to not maintain tail lights!

JASON AChange the layout of the entry and exit. The design is poor and there isn't enough room for the larger trucks. Or don't offer large trucks. There were so many trucks at this location and not enough space for them. You can tell that they are just trying to make a quick buck because they jam pack uhaul trucks into a one way drive.

Garry MI found the process of renting the truck difficult & time consuming. I felt the person working the desk was not helpful. I am 60 years old. The step to get into the truck was very high. I couldn't get myself up that high, The two young men with me could barely get in. We asked for something I could step on to get into the truck. Nothing. The woman at the counter basically could care less. I rented a truck that I couldn't get into - she made no effort to help. Would I rent from U-haul again. No not ever. The cost to have paid professional movers was slightly more expensive but I would pay that in a heartbeat before putting myself through the stress & hassle U-hauls lack of customer service caused me
TAMARA WAs small of a thing as it is I didn't appreciate that they said it was at half a tank of gas and when I got in it was a few gallons below and now I have to fill it up the extra few gallons that I didn't use or get charged stupid money for not getting it there... they could have put the level at just below half. Anyways to give the good part the person at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. Booking online was easy and painless. The pickup was also extremely easy. Lastly the truck was nice and ran fine with no issues! I would recommend, just would hope they are more accurate in the future.
DEVIN KEverything went great except for one thing: this physical site (a storage units facility) is simply not designed to accommodate U-Haul trucks. Grossly insufficient space, very tricky and awkward. Too many trucks! And no good place to park your car.

KARL ZNo place to put the truck when I returned it. The staff was helpful, and made a place to put the truck. That was stressful to me as the truck is big and it didn’t make for an easy return.

CHARLES RI picked up my U-Haul at 8 am and the process took me about 20 min total doing self checkout since the location wasn’t open at that time. I was missing my Dollie and moving pads I had requested and decided to wait until the location opened at 8:30. I waited until almost 9:00 and they were not open. The sign on the door said that they open at 8:30 on Saturdays. It would have been nice if the location opened at their posted times. I left, unable to wait any longer without the Dollie and pads.
Jessica MTrucks lined up on the side of the entrance. Not too easy to get through the gates. The customer support left early the day before so I missed an early drop off..
BRIAN SI rented a 10' truck online. I was asked to call and was told by a female who answered the phone that no 10' truck was available, but I could rent a 15' for the same price of $19.95. I told that to the employee behind the desk was still charged $29.95. I called and left a message that there was a mistake on the invoice. I received another invoice that is still showing the $29.95 rate. That's unacceptable. I want the rate amended on my invoice to the promised $19.95 rate. Thank you.

DAVID DCompared to other locations, this location did not have the visual props to help decide the insurance coverages You could purchase. Clerk did not know where the fuel door was on my cargo van.
NANCY BKnow what equipment is actually in the yard. Had take extra time to look for trailer that was not on the lot. Would up taking different trailer, all worked out, but should know what you have.

GREGORY PThe trailer had no tongue jack on it. I had to lift it by myself to get it on the truck. I have a bad back and this was not a pleasant experience. The safety chains had no locking mechanism besides a rubber ring and there was no safety pin for the ball coupler. In a pinch I would rent again but I will be looking else where first.
TRAVIS MHad pickup scheduled for 11am. Location staff did not arrive until 11:40. After final paperwork process I did not get the truck until 12:20. Truck had dirty storage compartment with dirt on floor.
