It would be nice if there was a jack connected to the trailer. Or have the option of getting one.
KIRSI NTwice in a row I have rented a truck from this place. Opted to do mobile pick up. Both times they did not reserve a truck for me. The first time I had to go back during op hours. I was fuming and almost 2 hrs behind schedule. This time I have to wait in line behind 3 people. Only one person there. Put me behind again. This truck only had 2400 miles but the inside looked like it was driven over 100k. Dirty. Not one truck I have rented so far has had windshield washer fluid. I think I’m up to 4 or 5 rentals in the past month. I have to rent one more time and I will look into Penske rental. Maybe they will be better.
AMY MIt would be nice to have a full tank of gas, rather than having to fill up a couple of times, after starting with 90 miles of gas in the tank. Especially when the company only gave $22 which was not enough, especially in this economy. I had to spend an extra $30 of my own money to get to the proper gas level expected.

ROGER AEverything was great but when it came to the gas there was a issue, I put the gas back at full when I returned it, I only used $5 of the gas cause I didn't go far when moving an I was charged extra for it being returned back at full,kinda upset with that an it took the rest of wat little money I had left to get food .
CHRISTINA Ttruck needed a alignment and a little tlc but otherwise the truck was fine and the employee at the building was amazing

JAMIE EThe staff definitely did a good job. When we got there, they were busy, but the staff greeted us, and assisted us with picking up the truck without delay. The truck was a a different story. While it was clean, the exhaust was very loud, you could not go on the freeway because at 60 MPH and above the front end started to shake, the box leaked in several locations which resulted in our belongings getting wet, and the driver's sun visor was missing. We debated renting the truck for additional time, but the state of the truck was a factor in declining to do so. The way to remedy this is to repair the exhaust, diagnose and repair the front end vibration, and replace driver's side sun visor. Another issue, which we realize cannot be remedied, is that we could not park our car at the pickup spot, due to the dearth of parking space. Again, there is no way, absent a complete reconstruction of site, this situation cannot be remedied. Still, it is a factor in our lack of desire to frequent this location in the future.
PAUL CI had a pickup time for 9 am. I arrived, and they did not set the key aside for me to pick up. I had to wait until they opened at 10 am. The people working there were not in the office, so I had to wait for them to show up. They saw me standing out there, and I felt they took their time getting to the building. I did not get the truck on the road until 1045am. This put me behind schedule and caused major disruption in an already difficult move. Corporate customer service was great, and I was reimbursed $50. I have had to use this place multiple times in the past because it was the closest around. Not one time has it been a pleasant experience. They are not very kind, or if they "try," it is condescending. In the past week, I had to rent a truck from them 3 different times. Not one was clean. I cleaned the steering wheels with Clorox wipes, and the wipes were black from dirt and grime. None of them had windshield washer fluid. The only thing I am thankful for is I never have to use them again.

Marc HAuto tow dolly I was assigned had one dead tail light. Second one had only one segment working on a tail light. Third one worked. Dangerous to not maintain tail lights!

JASON AChange the layout of the entry and exit. The design is poor and there isn't enough room for the larger trucks. Or don't offer large trucks. There were so many trucks at this location and not enough space for them. You can tell that they are just trying to make a quick buck because they jam pack uhaul trucks into a one way drive.

Garry MI found the process of renting the truck difficult & time consuming. I felt the person working the desk was not helpful. I am 60 years old. The step to get into the truck was very high. I couldn't get myself up that high, The two young men with me could barely get in. We asked for something I could step on to get into the truck. Nothing. The woman at the counter basically could care less. I rented a truck that I couldn't get into - she made no effort to help. Would I rent from U-haul again. No not ever. The cost to have paid professional movers was slightly more expensive but I would pay that in a heartbeat before putting myself through the stress & hassle U-hauls lack of customer service caused me
TAMARA WAs small of a thing as it is I didn't appreciate that they said it was at half a tank of gas and when I got in it was a few gallons below and now I have to fill it up the extra few gallons that I didn't use or get charged stupid money for not getting it there... they could have put the level at just below half. Anyways to give the good part the person at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. Booking online was easy and painless. The pickup was also extremely easy. Lastly the truck was nice and ran fine with no issues! I would recommend, just would hope they are more accurate in the future.
DEVIN KEverything went great except for one thing: this physical site (a storage units facility) is simply not designed to accommodate U-Haul trucks. Grossly insufficient space, very tricky and awkward. Too many trucks! And no good place to park your car.

LISA GEquipment was covered in frozen snow and ice and had to help chisel it out, then hook it up to pull it out of a snow bank. Straps were frozen as well.
