The trailer lights did not work. I notified U-Haul with little understanding or solutions offered. I asked to drop the trailer in GA but the associate mentioned I would have to wait for a repair truck but timing was unreasonable. I understand that you have policies and procedures but the lack of solutions or accommodations were unacceptable.

KATIE MI booked a cargo van that was available at that location at the time of booking. When I spoke with the U-Haul representative that informed me it would be a 10ft truck, she said they would honor the rate. They did not change the invoice.
