Gave incorrect code for lockbox. Told us we had to take a 10 foot truck with no ramp Or go to another location. We had movers hired and couldn’t even finish job with small truck. Horrible experience!

I booked a cargo van that was available at that location at the time of booking. When I spoke with the U-Haul representative that informed me it would be a 10ft truck, she said they would honor the rate. They did not change the invoice.

Adam RIt was disappointing in the door there we hours saying it was open and then a vote saying someone was out on the lot. Also no clear area marked to park the truck.
