This location is wonderful! The Uhaul App for check in and check out is something that needs significant improvement. I have rented 4 times in the last 6mos - 3 of the 4 times the app has not worked and caused me to have to sit for nearly an hour trying to either get checked in or checked out. One of the times I could end up using my rental because your system could not verfiy me and the customer service team was unable to help due to it being after hours of the location. This was very frustrating. Had that happened with my last rental I would have been in a very bad situation as it was moving day. I have 1 more move coming up and I am seriously considering going with another rental company because of the stress to get to a location while it is still open or get the vehicle returned appropriately.

the truck was damaged and leaked all over my furniture and ruined it it had been written on the back of a ticket but I had never been shown this the ticket said I knew what I was getting into with this damaged vehicle no one ever turn the ticket over to show me that I was signing for what was on the back I did not know and if I had I would not have chosen this I have very little in life and ruin what I had customer service on the other hand the guy was awesome

When possible, have a clerk do a before and after inspection/walk around of equipment rented with the customer. That way both parties are aware of any damage, either previously noted or found at the time of rental.

My only complaint is I couldn't pick the truck up at my convenient time had to wait till 12 noon p.m. and considering road traffic construction returning it three hours late really didn't appreciate being charged for a whole extra day

Worst experience ever. Over the course of a week I talked to no less than 5 people from regional manager to the clerk at the office. NO ONE is aware of ANY conversation with anyone else. I was promised $50 credit the first time you did not have the truck reserved. Then promised another the $50 credit the second time the truck I reserved was not available. I have not received any credit. All these people NEED training in customer service. You need to improve your communication between employees.

The guy running the location in Fenton is underpaid, no matter what his salary. Helpful as hell, offered to drop me off at home when my ride was late after the drop off. He was just as helpful two weeks prior when I was there to help a family member move.

When there is a reservation for a specific time actually have someone there to rent the truck! I had to have someone wait for over an hour for someone to show up(not the first time this place has been unattended). I will not do business with you again.

Our moving blankets ordered were agreed to be a few less than original ordered just based on what was on hand and our needs but the actual number received was not updated in the system creating questions upon return. Our equipment was in good working order and generally clean but we were expected to return trick swept and did not receive a truck that had been swept. Other than that our experience was great and service was great.

Office was locked up when I arrived at 10:30am. Office worker was also locked out and waiting for someone to arrive to let her in. Waited approximately 25 minutes in parking lot until owner showed up with office key to let everyone in. Returned truck at apprx 2:30 and again the office was locked and closed during normal hours of operation. Returned truck key in door slot.

Parking at the office is a problem. When we arrived there was no place to park . Person helping me though was excellent , knowledgeable and very friendly.
