Spencer CAfter questioning why I was returning all the way in Fenton they told me it was closer. This place is 25 min away. Not at all closer. Then I had a problem returning it and waited in the cold for an hr with kids. So I went extra miles me and my kids froze while trying to deliver. And I spent more in gas. Is this a joke? A way to get extra money out of people? I don't get it

Robert SCashier very irresponsible. Put in wrong tow vehicle, changed our drop off store. Had to specifically request the store we made the reservation for. She said it's not important to have the correct tow vehicle listed. She just picked whatever vehicle was the fastest to click.

Jeff BThe pick up process was terrible. They ask for a conracr to verify you. It was 7:30 am. My contact didn't answer because A. It was early in the morning, B. They didn't know the number. I used chat amd the representative was awful. They would not call my contact a 2nd time. I had to give them another number! This process took 25 minutes! I had mover waiting on me and I wanted 30 minutes of my moving time! This stuff should be verified BEFORE you pick up the truck!

Michelle BBe upfront and understanding. Rented a huge 26ft truck as that was only one available. Used for only 2 hours to pick up an order. Returned it that that day. Went 11 miles TOTAL. Added 2 gallons of fuel but truck didn’t register and so lady charged me 3 gallons on top of that. No way I used 5 gallons in 11 miles. What a money grab

DAN FPick Up and Location were great, however when we got the unit home, it was dirty inside. It had boxes, plastic bottles (pop and water) metal shavings, rusty chunks of metal and dirt in the trailer. We had to sweep and clean it out before we could use it. When we returned it it was spotless!
