Quick and easy pick up and drop off limited quantities of sizes at this location but they suited my needs. Very transparent on expectation for use and return of equipment. Excellent customer service by the storage unit representative.

Everything was fine with the location but it wasn't my original location. This is the second time I booked with U-Haul and was re routed do to them not having the equipment or someone extending their time for the rental. I think U-Haul should go to the location that the individual gotten re routed to and pick up what was requested and drive it back to the original location only if the buyer is booked then is rerouted. It's a huge inconvenience to drive somewhere that's many miles away from your expected route.

Dropped off at 1pm. The manager left a note on door that they were out of the office running errands so I just had to drop it off in the key box. It'd be nice to talk to a person when I drop it off during business hours. Overall it was taken care of though so I can't complain too much.

Pick up scheduled for 10 a.m.. I arrived around 10 30 and waited for 20 minutes for an employee to arrive who was out running work errands. I found this aggravating as I family waiting on me to help me move.

The truck had some trash in it behind the seats so it makes me question if the truck was santizied before I received it. Also, the manager at the store was a few minutes late so I had to wait outside even though I had a reservation.

Every time i called any uhaul in the area i got some telephone answering system that never was answered no matter how long you waited, confirmed by anther patron in the parking lot while at this location. Also, went to pick up the uhaul using the app, got there early and still ended up going 15 minutes into my time slot because of the wait time to get approved etc. Got uhaul and appliance dolly was not inside when i got to our house to move, went to go back to get one and the building was locked. I waited 15 mins in the parking lot until someone came and unlocked the door. If the location is open, i feel like it should never be left like that, there were 3 customers in the parking lot confused as to why. The other complaint was that the trucks are kept in such a narrow space, there definitely needs to be more area to park/turn around etc. Was not a great experience.

The whole new online process was terrible. It was slow and cumbersome. Luckily I'm good at technology or else it would have been really hard to get through the rental process. Plus, I hope your data is secure as you have a picture of my license, my face, and my vehicle. The young lady at the counter of the location was useless as far as knowing your new system. I'll be interested to see how older people or someone who has no smart phone gets through the new process. I understand you want a touch less system but this was bad. The truck drove terrible. Steering needs to be fixed.

Apparently there are new owners who took over the storage units. The woman working was quite rude. Not sure if the woman who waited on us was part of the owners but she had quite the attitude and was abrupt and just plainly a very unpleasant person to deal with. Uhaul was terrific it's just this one woman who made it very difficult for something so simple. I rented two trucks in 1 month never had any problems with Customer service on the phone or at the dort hwy store in flint mi, but this place forget it there are other places in the area with more pleasant people to work with.

The lady working was the rudest person. We had no where to park it because lawn trucks were all over. I parked the truck where I could and when I walked in she started yelling at me that I had to move the truck. I asked her “ Where would you like me to park it” her response is” would you talk to your wife like that” WHAT? Unbelievable. Then she tells me to leave it there and leave. I never was able to even get a receipt because she told me she was too busy. Terrible customer service.

There was no one there in the middle of the day, the door was locked, no one came when I banged on the door. I had to drop the trailer by my self and the instructions on the door were vague. I'm glad it all worked out. Maybe I expected to much after my experience in South Carolina!

I reserved a tow dolly well in advance at self serve lumber in Durand, where I live, but was told 2 days before I left that I would have to drive 40 miles to a different location to pick it up. The attendant at citizens was very nice, but he could not help me with the broken blinker part that was hanging out.

Truck was given to me on E. The Clerk said it was at a 1/4 tank but when we had him check it he saw it wasn't. He said he would provide a $20 credit for gas. When the truck was returned he said it wasn't returned at the quarter tank and said no credit. I won't quibble over $20 but you can bet it will be the last time I used U Haul.

The trailer was filled with some assorted Greece the got all over the couch that I was moving very unhappy that they didn't have the trailer cleaned out

Super poor, worst experince with Uhaul ever. Longtime client. Never again. So angered by the B.S. day that I had due to your fa poorly maintained faulty equipment that caused us a 3+ hour delay leaving your store because someone isn't doing their job. Wasn't my Fu*%ing problem until you made it mine. Cords showing on bald tires, bent axle on the second trailer you went to go get, and radical delivery driver hits a curb at 30mph in parking lot and loses a load of tires that rolled toward us. We leave your store 3 hours later, causing us to tow in rush hour traffic and getting home at midnight instead of 8pm. Took photos to post out of boredom. Super angry at the whole process. When customers have a scheduled pickup time attend to them instead of making them wait for someone who walks in just ahead of them, taking them out to show a storage unit then handling that transaction before taking care of the customer who had everything already reserved and confirmed. My appointment was for a 1pm pickup and I did not get out of the office until around 1:38pm. Other than that the individual who assisted me was very courteous and provided me with everything I needed.
