When i got the truck is was hard to start, on my way to my home the truck ran hot. Nobody would answer the phone at the office so i had to walk to get antifreeze. Sunday morning I had to boost the truck off and the starter was dragging bad.Yall need to Hire someone to do the regular maintenance on the trucks.

debbie N.Was rude and basically called me a liar, because I had to keep truck another day because of the rain, so called and talked to some guy that worked there and said I was keeping the truck another and he said ok that's fine.. That was around 8:30am and lately that day some lady from there called yelling why didn't I bring that truck back, cause she has people waiting on it.. I told her I had called and talked to a guy there that I was keeping it for another day and that wasn't a problem, will she said I didn't call, because I never talked to her, which I explained well I don't have to lay about it and I'll bring the truck back tomorrow at 10:30am..She said I was going to be charged very heavily for doing that and I'm putting it nicely, which she did not.. There's more to that, but anyway the place where I rented the truck sent me out of there with the engine service light on and the rubber coming of the wiper..I didn't really find all the out until I was loaded up and on the road.. The truck ran HORRIBLE, no cruise control working, engine light on and no useable wipers..The whole experience was a nightmare..

Roger S.Make sure there is a dolly available with the large uhaul trucks. If there isn't let the people no when they order them not when they come to pick them up. Most people moving a house full of furniture expect a dolly to be in the uhaul. The can sometimes make a difference when you are paying people to move things and they don't have the tools needed. Also if the locks are going to be charged ahead of time and regular storage locks are not allowed to be used that needs to be communicated. I incurred extra expense for special locks purchased to be prepared and then found that I was charged for a different lock required by the location. That should have been mentioned. That was 20.00 I didn't need to spend on an already expensive moving venture.

Cheryl R.I rented a uhaul and everything went well until it was time to drop off. Nobody was at the drop off location during business hours. I was accused and charged for damages that i clearly did not do. Now there is an investigation going on because I refuse to take fault in something that I did not do. My only fault is not taking pictures of the uhaul before I left in it! So be warned! Take pictures protect your money! I was looking forward to my deposit! But I am certain that they will find that I did not make those damages!

Eric J.This parking lot sucks. Thankfully a customer was able to let me into the gate of the storage sheds so I could park the 26' truck without blocking any exits/entrances. I went in to return the truck, she said she would just email me receipt no big deal… well I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas I had received it on, but was still charged 3 gallons. I had it on 5/16 and the receipt I received said 1/4. I would like that refund please. Along with some sort of compensation from receiving a check engine light.
Brittany D.The equipment that I rented had a broken door. The spring that keeps the door raised was broken. Luckily the door did not close on me while I was loading. It did, however slam shut while I was inside the trailer. I was able to prop the door open for the duration of my trip. What is most concerning to me was the reaction from the staff at Citizen Storage. When I reported the issue when I returned they were not concerned. I hope they did follow through when they checked the equipment in. I would not know what the procedures would be. I don't normally give feedback, but I want to make sure that piece of equipment is repaired before it is rented again. Someone could be seriously injured should that door fall on them.

Tracy B.Nobody there for drop off on a Saturday morning. Prefer human contact to apps or drop boxes. If going to be drop box primary then post detailed instructions next to the drop box on how and where to leave equipment.
