CATHY HCharge me for (1) gallon of fuel?! Uneven parking lot could’ve made the difference!! Nickel and dime the customer to the fullest?!
Mark BNot charge me $0.11 for going over by one tenth of a mile. Seriously. How much money do you guys actually need when it cost me $200 to use a truck for less than a day. Not to mention, I returned the truck 25 minutes earlier than I was supposed to. I want a refund of my 11 cents!
Bruce BEveryone and everything was great. Made moving easier.
