I was not informed that my pick up location had changed to one other than where I made the reservation for. I know that is always a possibility when renting uhauls and is beyond anyone's control and completely understand why that is. So I made sure to keep my phone near and check my messages, no one called, text or emailed to inform me of the change which created a pretty big inconvenience because of the time limit I was working with.
