We rented U-Haul because we had a positive experience last time. This time was horrid. We booked for a truck near our location, which got changed to a further location so I was unable to get a ride to the new location. The pick-up time had to be shifted back due to the location being over double the distance from the initial booked location. When we got to the new location, the checking out was done over the phone at a rough gas station and afterward verifying my information they had lost the keys. They looked for half an hour before we were rescheduled for yet another location even farther out. We went to the third location with confusion due to the rescheduled truck being the wrong truck and the handler not knowing we were coming. We received one $50 refund as advertised, but were later charged an additional $80 a month later because we returned the equipment a couple hours late which I believe should have been accounted for due to u-haul changing our pick-up time and location several times. Poor customer service as well, because when I called the second time I could hear the previous operator in the background talking trash because I had been frustrated that we had to be sent to yet another location. I would not recommend U-Haul for my area.

Filthy truck when I picked it up, and on the return they charged ME for a dirty truck

Could not communicate as owner spoke little English. Store was messy and not clean. Has 8 gas pumps, only 1 worked. Needed to go fill up elsewhere.

The counter help was clueless, they had to keep calling someone else just to get approval to give me the key that the app said to provide. This process took nearly an hour to complete and was very frustrating. They were not understanding I reserved two trucks, and ended up cancelling one of my reservations. Luckily, the Uhaul agent was amazing and restored my reservation.

Difficult to get into the lot and park the truck. Did not go inside so I can’t comment on whether the inside was clean and inviting

This location lost my reservation and overcharged my father by $239 when he arrived to pick up the truck. Then when I disputed their charges, they still have not fully refunded me the money. It’s disgusting.The shop was also being operated by several people who could not speak English very well, which of course made things much more difficult. I will never use U-Haul‘s services ever again.

This location is not very knowledgeable, Didn’t speak very well English so couldn’t ask questions or understand each other. Texted me 2 days later stating I never turned the truck back in. Had to call U-Haul to have that fixed. Had less then 1/4 track of gas in the truck when we received it.. No problems with U-Haul company, but location if pick up and drop off will definitely be a different place next time .

Dumpy pick up location. You can see my U Haul previous locations and pick-ups. I chose this location, because no other locations in my area had an available truck. I would never rent a U Haul from this location again. Thankfully there are several other locations to chose from in my area.
