Great service. The U-Haul place I was supposed to drop it off at was 2 blocks away. It was gated up in sketchy area with vagrants lurking around. Sign on closed gate said “U-HAUL” returns call this number. Number was non-functioning. Fortunately I was able to find City Express Mart and a great helpful employee at that location to check me in. He gets 5 stars. The other place should be dropped by U-Haul entirely.

everything was well along with customer service
JAMES MThe guy at the gas station is the only one working there. The rental pick up process takes forever because he kept helping other customers until the store was empty and he could lock the door to leave and take care of my uhaul trailer hook up. The trailer had 3 brand new tires and one shitty one. Guess which one blew out on the second day of our trip in the middle of nowhere stranding us for almost 3 hours in 95 degree heat?
