Super easy to use

George MThe personnel spoke little English and could not figure out how to check in the vehicle. If it were not for me calling U-Haul customer support I would have been charged for a late drop off. After I already dropped it off, this location tried to move my drop off location which would have given me an additional charge, again if I wouldn't have called U-Haul to get this sorted. This location should either not be a location for U-Haul or have vast improvements to ensure no issues.
