MURL RMy husband and I had a reservation for an 8:45am pick up on Monday October 14 2024 and when we arrived at 8:40am the door was locked and nobody answered the phones. I called several times and left a voicemail. No call back. We ended up calling the number that we made the reservation through and they were just as confused as we were and they tried a manager, they tried reaching the store to no avail. 1 hour later we ended up finding the truck we reserved and were able to unlock the back of the truck to retrieve the key and finally take the truck ourselves with no help from the store, only the operators help. I have used Uhaul for over 20 years and have never had such a terrible experience and will never use uhaul again. A lot of money down the drain by setting us back on time to move states under a short window.. thanks…

Andrew YWhen my husband dropped off the vehicle, he and our son had scrubbed and swept it out. Someone called me (and she was snotty) and told me that the back of the truck stunk. I was not there, so I apologized and told her it was okay to deduct $60 from my account to clean it. Then my husband got home and told me that they actually did clean the hell out of the truck before they returned it. So we're out $60 because someone smelled something. Ridiculous.

ROBERT SThe location was closed when I arrived (11:40am on a Wednesday) - the hours showed that they were open but the sign in the door said they take a 2 hour lunch. I dropped the truck off and I called the location when they opened back up. The lady was nice and confirmed that the truck was delivered. She sent me my confirmation receipt. Just being open during the posted hours is the only recommendation I have.
Mart HOne of the straps was so frayed it was difficult to feed it through the slit. Once through, there was only about 6 inches to grab hold of. I use this store frequently, and they are always helpful and friendly.
