Jacob BThis is a retail tire and auto repair location so at times the parking lot can be crowded but it covers a large area. I have rented from here multiple times and never had any trouble finding somewhere to park but you may have to look around for a good spot. People are great, wide selection of trucks/trailers available and checkout is quick. I would certainly recommend this location!
LYLE RThe truck came to me filthy dirty on the drivers side, where the gas n brake petals are and outside up orange clay mud , dryer on thick, the fan was on heat , I was unable to turn the knob to stop it, my experience was not great

Christina GThe UhAul wasn’t available when I arrived to pick it up. It was at another location that the gentleman at the location had to locate and go pick it up himself. He was wonderful doing that for us. We drove from Pennsylvania in a rental car, which we ended up having to keep an extra day because the truck wasn’t where I was told it would be. Uhaul kept sending me texts about bringing needed trailers back to Pennsylvania with me, but couldn’t tell me my truck wasn’t where it needed to be. The lights on the truck weren’t lined properly so it made night driving difficult. The lights on the dash and radio would flash on and off regularly leaving a hot smell. The truck was returned way cleaner than when I picked it up. The windshield was terribly dirty. Added with bad lighting was dangerous driving on the mountain roads of NC. Yet I was charged for all the extras. Ricky wher I picked the truck up went above and beyond, he was very busy and yet went and tracked down my rental that wasn’t where it was to be. He knew I was in a time crunch and missing deadlines so he got the truck as fast as he possibly could. I blame UhAul booking/ reservation because they were more worried about getting trailer to Pennsylvania they couldn’t have my UhAul ready or where they told me it would be, when I arrived. Cost me an additional day and miles on my rental car, then uhaul charged me added miles on the truck at return. I haven’t been happy with uhaul at all these last few times I rented and I don’t feel valued ( other than Ricky from City Tire) as a customer. Returning the truck I asked how to complain of the situation and I had to call the 800 # and waste more of my time. I’m grieving the loss of my son, which is why I needed the truck, to move his belongings, so dealing with this nonsense has just made things much worse for me.
Tracy LThe person that took are of me was well informed and helped me at the counter. They were busy I guess he and told me I had to disconnect the tow dolly myself and move it to it's final location. It was difficult for me to do this by myself considering my age.

Linda ORandom lot, business closed on Saturday. Would only know it as a U-Haul site because other vehicles were parked there among the wrecks.

Timothy SCity Tire added insurance without my approval. They could not print a receipt for me to review. We I got home, I checked the contract online and saw the added insurance. Very dishonest. I called Uhaul, they said they could see where I declined the insurance on my application, and saw where it was added by City Tire. Uhaul also told me that City Tire was known for adding charges. That is stealing!! They could not remove the insurance, but put in notes that I did not want insurance and I would need to call back after returning unit to have charge removed. That was not necessarily true. I had to wait for a manager to review and contact me, even though the representative clearly saw the note. Extremely frustrating dealing with Uhaul.
Roberta JStaff was quite helpful and they had a variety of equipment available. One minor negative is their front parking lot is crowded but not a real problem, just be careful when entering. The trailers are then around back behind a building and easy to get to.

Charles AProvide a drop off closer to my home. There are many U-Haul locations in the town of Clayton GA near my home but I had to drive 20 miles north to Franklin NC to drop off my trailer.
