I advised that my first name was incorrect and suspected that my phone number was incorrect from the original place that I booked the reservation as I never received any text messages and had to follow up myself. I would have liked Tires on Main to correct this information, however they took my email so at least I got a copy of the contract. ***they were extremely helpful hooking up the trailer and making sure all connections worked.

Equipment was there when it was supposed to be, it was clean and well maintained. Checkout was quick, correct with no issues; staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Another staff member escorted me to the equipment, assisted with hookup and all connections. The entire process was stress free and quick!
LYLE RPut me as dropping off at the wrong location which is an extra charge even though this was only the pick up location. Also added a 30$ insurance policy that I had declined when doing my online reservation.

Matthew IIt was fine an convenient. They were not open when we had to drop it off. we got lucky there was a tiny space that fit perfect for our return. Again the frustration in the experience was UHaul itself. The day we are driving 10 hrs I get an email that says "Per our conversation your return location has changed... and they change to a a place an hr from home. By the time I saw this scheduling was closed and customer service was not helpful or friendly. Scheduling the next morning was VERY Kind and helpful and got us to a location only miles from home. so YAY!!
