It was fine an convenient. They were not open when we had to drop it off. we got lucky there was a tiny space that fit perfect for our return. Again the frustration in the experience was UHaul itself. The day we are driving 10 hrs I get an email that says "Per our conversation your return location has changed... and they change to a a place an hr from home. By the time I saw this scheduling was closed and customer service was not helpful or friendly. Scheduling the next morning was VERY Kind and helpful and got us to a location only miles from home. so YAY!!

Rental pickup was quick and easy. Personnel from the location assisted with connecting the trailer to my truck and insured everything was correct. The equipment was in good condition and was clean. Drop off was just as easy and again personnel disconnected the trailer while insuring there was no damage to the trailer. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
LYLE RUHaul improved their car hauler by making the tracks wider to the inside by about 2" each side. This greatly helps with narrow wheelbase vehicles like the Jaguar XKE
Scott TThe only place in town. Poor access, slow indifferent attendance, no help finding or setting up the trailer. Unexpectedly closed on my return date. They hadn't bothered to let me know.
Stan AStaff need to explain difference between a contract and daily rates. Because we had a contract rather than a daily rate , we lost two days costs . Over $300.00 Equipment was well maintained mechanically . Also no staff walked out to truck with us to point out where different controls were located. We were told to find the truck in the lot and whatever key fits, it was ours .
