The u-haul representative was nice, professional, and very helpful. The rental process for pick up and drop off was easy. The only problem I had was an extreme over charge because of "policy". I rented 2 trucks over a 5 day span. The first cost $400, i loaded it the day I picked it up. The 2nd day drove to the new location and unloaded it, delivered on the 3rd day. Very fair and reasonable. We were able to get 85% of our belongings taken care of on this 1st trip. So I drove back home and rented a 2nd smaller truck. The 2nd cost $600. I picked it up, loaded it with the last items that were missed from the first load, and drove up. At the end of the 5hr drive I unloaded the truck, and returned it the next morning. I had this truck for less than 24hrs, but was charged the full cost of 3 days. I called customer service and they said oh well, and even the representative at the drop off location told me there was nothing that could be done.
