This location did not open until 11 Am. Again our transaction was done through his phone for parts of the transaction. Because of the later pick up tim ewe were charged another days rental. We have called and were told to call UHAUL. Is her not a UHAUL authorized location?? We still have not gotten our money back and no one seems to want to help us. My family will NOT be using UHAUL in the future at this rate. Someone MUST contact Chris immediately . One very unhappy customerChris M.

There was very little gas when I picked up the truck. The first stop shouldn't have to be a gas station!Mark D.

Friendly staff and an easy transaction. Ratchet mechanism for the wheel straps could have used a bit of lubrication and a couple of the rubber hook locks could be replaced but everything worked fine. I would use this dealer again.Chris C.

The initial experience I had with Uhaul was unacceptable. I made a reservation couple of weeks before the pick up date and just 2 days before I received a call that the truck was not available. I contacted the uhaul place and was told that they can't do anything that someone came and picked up the truck. He gave me contact info for the area manager, I called him and left a message but he never called me back. I got another truck (the one I picked up and rated above) . The guy in Claremont was very nice. Also due to the original mess with the reservation, I was told that they will charge .49c per km but the invoice was .69c per km.Pavla H.

when reservation's have been placed credit card has been given there should be no reason to wait for 30 min at pick up to do it all over again there should be a better system in place for your location broker. Your online system should be made simpler for you broker to get the customer out on the road.Tony A.
