Air conditioner wasnt working properly, stopped blowing when you stopped at red lights or in traffic and when turned up stated whistling as if stopped up Smelled smokey, triggered my asthma and I tried to let down window and wind down handle fell off, could not let window down and roaches were in the back all over and got in my boxes. Horrible, I let the owner know and he said he was gonna take off $20 because Uhaul wouldn't let him do anything else. I dont see where he did that and charged me for gas when i brought it back where he gave it to me. Please help, this was horrible experienceAleta B.

There are additional unexpected fees when you book with them prior and it's not your fault. Uhaul is inconsiderate. The customer service hold time is 45 minutes. I called and held 3xs for 45 minutes.Kimberly R.
I had to pickup the truck from a location that was about 20 miles from my original choice and the drop off was an extra 5-7 miles from the original drop off that I requested and I was charged extra mileage. When I picked up the truck the lady there wrote on my contract that extra miles should not be charged but since there was no one at the drop off I had to use the automated checkin and ended up having to pay the extra mileage.BENJAMIN B.

I was charge 100.00 dollars for a in town that I only used for two hours and drove about 10 miles , FROM uhaul to the furniture store to my home and back to uhaul. Margaret MontgomeryWalter M.
Good service. The owner/manager quickly rectified the mixup and guided me through the remainder of the process. My only recommendation is to have someone at the store or notify those that are renting that there will be a delay in someone's arrival. There was a young lady sitting in her car looking to rent a truck but since no one was there, she was advised by a passerby to go to another Uhaul place.DeShondra H.

Uhaul, as with many, if not all businesses that serve the public, is transitioning to less human interaction. This involves some experimentation on their part, and patience on customers' part. Clark, the owner of of this local Uhaul dealership was as helpful as anyone possibly could be. The next time I need a Uhaul I will return to this dealership because of his extensive courtesy.Peter M.

We signed up for the Truck Share, but had problems with it. There was no one to talk to because the door was locked and the lights were off. The dolly and furniture pads were missing too so I'm trying to get refunded for that.Billy M.

No one was on site when we arrived. Everything was handled over the phone. We had to wait a total of one hour to receive our equipment. It was a very uncomfortable situation, not a very good part of town.Ron K.
