The person in charge of this location was very kind and extremely helpful. The app, on the other hand, was very slow and made the whole process much harder than it needed to be, if it weren't for him, it wouldn't have been possible to get everything done

Car dolly was nice and clean, fairly new, but upon arrival at my destination, I noticed that the light was hanging, fell out on the ride there. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.
