Virginia TThere was no one there to give me a key. Had to call multiple times and wait 30 minutes on a very tight schedule. I was right on time (5 minutes early) for my pickup. This place should not be in service. Very bad area.
Philip FI had told the man that the location was wrong (despite having the correct zip code) and he told me that “it would update”- it did not update and caused us to be scheduled to drop off our uhaul 30 minutes away from where we were . Otherwise, very nice.
