We waited an hour and a half in the cold at 4am trying to get help so we could access the lock box and get the key. The geopoint my phone needed to be close to in order for the system to say I was in the right place was all sorts of wrong. There were actually two, i found out. One was in the middle of the U-Haul complex, which i could not get close enough to without ignoring all the threatening signs and hopping the fence. The other was apparently centered att the manager's house (or whoever it was) which was next door to the U-Haul facility. So being by the gate or by the lock box wasn't good enough, and it took over 90 minutes before we eventually got the help we needed. I firmly believe I should get a full refund, and said so ok the phone at the time, but was immediately shot down. If yit had been even one week later, it would have been dangerously cold at that time of night. We were dropped off by a tow truck driver, so had no vehicle of our own we could seek refuge in, not appropriate clothing for the conditions. It was absolute nightmare fuel. I will be following up on this with an attorney, or at the very least the BBB, unless I am issued a refund. I gather this is public, so i won't put my phone number here, but i will be sending another message privately.

Make sure extra equipment ordered is actually in the U-Haul and check to make sure the U-Haul is clean before giving it to another customer.
Anthony AThe U-Haul was dirty inside the cab and trailer… There were multiple dents on the truck.
