I kept the truck for not even a day and was charged until Monday . Got the truck 12.28 returned it 12/28 yet I was charged for having the truck until 12/30. I think that’s awful. I wouldn’t use U-Haul again.

CARL PI did a drop off outside normal business hours. The person I spoke with the day before was very helpful. I just like there isn’t enough space to park outside the gate where I had to leave my vehicle. One vehicle that was dropped off should’ve pulled up a little more so that others could have space to park. I had to find a place to leave my vehicle safely. I just think better parking is needed for those having to drop off after business ours. I was on my way to the airport so it really could’ve delayed me had I not find parking.

Elizabeth M1. Truck was dirty when we got it 2. Tank was below a 1/4 full 3. Had a ton of issues with the reserves drop off location and it getting changed on me 4. When we returned the truck, we were charged $5 on top of what we already paid despite all the problems we had already encountered… we return the truck with WAY MORE gas then we got it, we went 5 miles over the allotted mileage I guess and were charged for it even though the drop off location was way out of our way. So needless to say, our renting experience was absolutely atrocious and we will be using enterprise or some other business next time. Do better.

Shawnta WThe location forgot to provide the dolly we asked to add onto the rental so we had to go back and get it. The uhaul broke down and we had to wait almost 2 hours just for a loose battery cable. You would think this would have been checked before we left.

David SThe staff was amazing, the app was horrible and ruined my whole day. The staff woke up at 5am to help me gain access to the truck when the app failed to properly process and give me the keys. I sat out there for an hour, the customer service wouldn't open for another 2 hours, but the staff at this location was very pleasant and patient with me which I greatly appreciate.
