Moving can already be hectic. The smoothest part of all of it was picking up & returning the truck. Wonderful family owned business that takes great care ensuring a confident experience. Central location for all east side of Volusia County ease of moving. I will use them again.

Dennis RThe people at the local office were excellent. As for U-Haul corporate, their request for me to photograph the vehicle myself before leaving the location was most unsatisfactory. I am not great using a telephone as a camera in the first place and then to make matters worse they wanted me to use their app to record photos of the vehicle. I guess I wasted 10-15 minutes to take the requested photos and finally gave up since as nearly as I could tell the app was not working. It looked like it accepted the photos but then asked for them again. If U-Haul wants photos, they need to be taken by U-Haul employees. It is ridiculous to burden the client with this.
James PTruck was dirty on the inside and outside. Items left in truck from previous rental; chapstick rolling on floor and got under my husband foot when excellerating, pack of black and mild cigars, lighter & charger. Ordered a dozen blankets, they had 4 balled up. Was asked to pick up 6x12 enclosed trailer, per U-HAUL to take one way for them and The Daytona U-HAUL location could not get trailer lights to work after waiting an hour and 20 minutes. Was told by customer service I would get a call from Steve a supervisor and that never happened. Very frustrating experience that won’t happen again.
