The only issue i noticed was the pad lock to lock the back door was not operational, would not close. when I went to check out after hours, I was not completely comfortable leaving the dolly and blankets back there but did anyway

Lee BFirst, the app wouldn't work. I ended up having to use the website. It took almost 20 minutes to get it to work. When it asked for pictures the last wouldn't work so all of the pictures are black. Once I got the rental it was fine. The only other thing was it took forever to find the key drop box. There was no sign and I used the "helpful tips" on finding it on the website. The box was next to a shed. If an employee hadn't been there I would still be looking. Having directions for the drop box like they did for the box where you pick up the key would be very helpful. My frustration is mainly directed at the technology in this situation.
James WAbsolutely recommend! Clean trailers, quick and easy paperwork. Rob is thr most friendly manager and I've ever met at Uhaul, and his staff second the great attitude. Give them aal visit if you haven't yet, will not disappoint.

JESSICA WThey were very attentive and even loaded the trailer that I rented for me. They were very kind and even had a sense of humor. I needed an adapter from 4 prong to 7 prong and doing my research, they were cheaper than a few of their neighboring businesses. If I need to rent something again, I would totally drive the half hour to rent from these guys again.

LINDA MIt was very confusing, photos would not load, i was there in the daylight, could not find the front door even with the photo provided due to a uhaul parked in front, preventing me from seeing the Stile sign, and wasted almost an hour there taking photos that would not download( or the pictue was to blurry, for my DL; take a selfie on my worst day due to DV at home and trying to flee that situation; managed to get the lock code to get the key. With an hour wasted of the time just trying to get the key, and seeing a person defecting in the bushes at the entrance wasn’t enough, returning the vehicle later than intended, the poor lighting in the lot and my photos not being good enough to accept to get to point to receive the lock code, I placed the key in the back wheel well on the drivers side due to the fact as a 65 year old woman, by myself, poor lighting in the lot, nervous of my surroundings after witnessing the person, defacating at the entrance of your facility earlier, i felt very vulnerable with these conditions and could not complete the tasks to return the truck properly. So sorry for that, but it was truly scary for me.

TRACY RIt was so easy to schedule the delivery of our U-Boxes. The staff at the Oregon City location are wonderful and very easy to work with. They had the boxes out and ready for us to load, safely stored them for us, and dropped them off exactly when they said they would.

Miranda MAlthough I did rate my overall experience with U Haul, my only unnerving experience in the entire process were the coordination of delivery miscues between the UHaul agents in the city I lived and where the dispatch facility coordinated my delivery. Again, due diligence of outstanding customer support were able to coordinate through the scheduling issues with a few extra phone calls. My family and I are most grateful. RACHAEL KOnly complaint is we returned the vehicle approx 3 hrs after rental but, the app wouldn’t let me change the date and time. Everything else was great.
