ROBERT CI rented the vehicle to use in Salem, south of Portland, and it was supposed to be picked up at a location about 15 minutes from the airport. This was changed by U-Haul without asking me, to a location 30 minutes south, so we had to take the rental car 30 minutes south to pick up the Van, then drive 30 minutes north to the airport to return the rental car (following with the U-Haul van), then drive the Van back south. Though I reserved a Van at the location I needed, U-Haul changed this arbitrarily and cost me over an hour unnecessarily by not even giving me an option of pickup location after it had been confirmed at the time of the reservation. Besides this, great service and good vehicle. They just need to make the Pickup process better.
