Rob was phenomenal. Awesome customer service and attentiveness. Only change I would ask for is the key drop box for after hours return be marked better.

The reservation worked very smoothly. The paperwork was fast and accurate they hooked up the trailer and I was on my way. The trailer worked well for the load I was carrying. Drop off after hours was also a breeze.

Erik BNormally I have a great experience here. For some reason the trailer I rented this last time was not clean and unfortunately I drove off before looking inside. When I got to where I went to I noticed it was dirty. So I had to clean it out before returning it so I didn’t risk getting charged for cleaning it.
