I loathe the uhaul app and self-return option. It was difficult to use (in my case, I was unsuccessful), I didn't want an app and a profile. I just wanted to return the truck after a long day of moving. Perhaps this could be simplified. The actual renting and using of the truck was fantastic and Clarks is wonderful!

Super easy drop off. Just dropped the keys and they sent the receipt via email. My husband was very impressed with the ease of use of the truck itself. It was very clean, easy to drive and so easy to use. As he said “U-Haul has it dialed in.”
