I was early to pick up my trailer and the equipment had not yet returned. The clerk offered me an available trailer, which was better than what I had reserved at the same rate. Great Work.

I’ve rented from here before. Staff very kind and helpful. I’ve seen the staff cleaning the trucks so I know that gets done there. Thank you!
This is my new u haul location to go to.. Mr. Clark got me a truck when there were no trucks according to uhaul dispatch. This was at the last minute Labor Day weekend. These people are what true customer service looks like.

The truck door malfunctioned requiring a service call. Daniel, the technician was wonderful and fixed the door only delaying our move by 2 hours. Upon visiting a gas station to fill the tank back up to the full mark I ended up putting over 7 gallons into the truck. Having only driven 23 miles I was upset that the rental facility claimed the tank was on full. I addition to loosing my moving help due to the door break down I felt cheated by the gas situation. I will say that I was very happy with our technician and operator who worked our claim to get service.

I was very pleased when I picked up the trailer. I was hooked up and ready to go in no time. I had a 10 hour rental and would be returning it by 7pm. I was there before 6 and they were closed. The hours posted on the door said they closed at 5, so that was fair, however no one mentioned to me upon pick-up that I would be unhitching a 6x12 trailer by myself. So, as it would turn out, I can't lift a trailer that large. Eventually I found a way to get out of there, but it wasn't what you're supposed to do to a ball mount. That was very disappointing. Had I been told I would have brought someone with me to drop the trailer off. Instead I was alone in a lot, doing my best to lift the largest trailer you guys rent, reading all the materials provided and on the hitch itself, with no luck because it doesn't explain how to undo the hitch. In the end it all worked out, and I wouldn't have any qualms about coming back to this location in the future; I'd just make sure I was back by closing time.

I pre-paid/checked in online the night before to make things go quickly the morning of the move. When I got to the location the person working pulled up my account but she said there was no indication I had already paid. Since I was in the middle of moving and my printer was already packed I did not print out the confirmation page because I assumed it would be easy to pull up when I signed back on to my U-Haul account on my phone. That was a big mistake on my part; never assume. The person was finally able to pull up a page that showed I had already paid, but it seems like it should have been a lot easier than it was for her to access that information. Lesson: When the computer says, "Print out this page and bring it with you when you pick up your equipment" you really should do that, or at least download the pdf receipt to a device you will have with you. U-haul should really update their system so that it is easy to pull up your receipts when you sign in to your account.

When a customer reserves a truck at a specific location don't have them waste an hour and a half of their time to get it from a location that is further from their place. I was not happy that I had to drive to Jefferson to pick up the truck. It should have been moved to the location near where I needed it. This was a huge waste of time for me.

Everybody was amazing. Even though I couldn't get the size truck I wanted the helped me get the biggest that was available.

Truck had someone's personal trash in it. We returned the 24 hour rental 25 minutes late (after talking to the woman at the rental shop, who said it was OK), and were charged for another full 24 hours. The idiots had booked the truck out for the same time we were supposed to be there (all other U-hauls have a 1-hour grace period), leaving NO grace period, and NO time for them to check, clean truck. They were rude and they lied. I will be contacting the main office ~ I have always had wonderful customer service rom U-Haul before this experience.

The staff at this location is my reason for coming back each time. Equipment is equipment, I can get it from any one. The group here is very quick and helpful, that service is my motivation for continued rentals.

I reserved a 26' truck and did not learn until 2 days before the pickup date that I could only have a 20' truck. As a result of the truck size difference I had to leave a pickup load of items behind that I will need to drive 300 miles to pickup later. I will never use uhaul again!!

I've rented from this location multiple times and every time they are extremely nice and the equipment is great. This time they were extremely helpful and nice like always but the equipment was not up to par. I was driving nearly 1900 miles and about 800 miles into my trip a check engine light came on. I was literally in the middle of nowhere with no cell service so to say the least a bit of panic set in. Then to make matters worse it began to rain at about 8pm. The wipers were dangerously bad and basically just smeared the water around the windshield. So now we have a check engine light and very low visibility on MT200 in the middle of no man's land. Luckily I made it into a town and was able to get new wiper blades. The check engine light did turn off as it say over night. The truck made the trip but it was a very uneasy feeling for about 600 miles of my drive.
