MICHAEL PRobert was awesome and I was grateful for him. I am injured at the moment and I failed to check the back was clean after my boys unloaded. It wasn’t swept clean and I was prepared to pay a fee, yet Robert gracefully said “don’t worry about it”. When I’m struggling on crutches and worn down from the day, this meant the world to me.
BRANDON SFast in to check in and pick up equipment. Super fast drop off for return (not just me, but also the three people who came in just ahead of me). Location has enough room to easily maneuver equipment. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No hard sell for additional services or equipment.

JEFFREY UFloor of cargo van was dirty. Everything with the rental went pretty well until I returned the van. I was told by the gentleman who processes my that the cost was approximately $84.00 but it may different according to mileage charge. I agreed with him. He said he would not be at the facility when I returned the van and he showed me where to put the key after I patked the van. I picked up the van at 9:45 am and returned it at 3:30pm on the same day. That evening there was an additional charge to my bank account of $20.00. It said it was an after hours return fee. During this transaction I was never told there would be this charge on my card. I called on the next day and was told I would receive a call back but so far I have not received a call back. I want my $20.00 back. This is an erroneous charge. You can be honest and cover all charges and policies with customers.

CYNTHIA FI had a great experience. The check in was quick and friendly. The van was fairly new and clean. Return was quick and easy. Met and exceeded my expectations. I’m old enough to remember UHaul rentals being time consuming and unpleasant. My only suggestion was that the disinfectant/deodorant used in the vehicle was so strong that we had to drive with the windows down for a while. Not a big deal.

MARK KI will not recommend any of my friends to use Uhaul. My bill is still not confirmed I’m seeing undisclosed charges from my account, all these hidden fees not disclosed on the day of rental.

CESAR BScheduled pick up online on UHAUL mobile app. EVERYTHING should have been set up to be successful. Instead, i arrived to pick up and no uhaul was available. Used two DIFFERENT phones to try to get ahold of someone and spent 30+ minutes between multiple people and being on hold. Was sent to a different location to pick up a rental, wasting my own gas and time at this point. The truck was clean and taken care of. Throughout driving, a "service traction control" and "service" another traction aspect of the vehicle came on. Luckily I did not need traction control so I proceeded with my use of the rental. On our way back to drop off at shell location, the oil light came on. I then had to pull over to ensure safety of the vehicle, wasting more of our time that we had available for this. BEFORE I drove further, I called and was told I was able to drive it back and would not be responsible of the possible low oil damages to the vehicle. Gladly drove it back. I picked the vehicle up with 1/8 of gas and dropped it off with close to 1/2 a tank of gas. Meaning, you essentially robbed me of money. Then I got charged $17 for extra mileage for picking up a mattress that would have been less mileage if I could have picked up a VEHICLE at the original location. I have always had a good UHAUL experience until now. I am very disappointed. Overall, you took extra money from me that I do not have due to your location change resulting in more mileage and the extra gas I left the truck with. On a final note, this truck was used to save a woman from a domestic violent situation who was already having an emotional and stressful day and this experience added to her stress.
