I wasn’t able to take the trailer and have been reimbursed. I wasn’t aware that i needed to equipment installed in order to take the trailer I think that this information should be made available.

The lady at the counter was very helpful, friendly and kind. She answered all of my questions and the process was super quick and easy. The supervisor and helper who attached my trailer to the vehicle was also friendly and did a great job. I was in and out pretty quickly! The area is a little sketch, but I am from the area and felt comfortable there. If you are an out-of-towner, you may feel uncomfortable with the location but I felt safe the entire time.

The UHaul Varner Rd location at the foot of Washington Street decided to randomly cancel my 9.30 am reservation on 12/16 AFTER I received your text confirmation the prior day. The very disinterested representative said the cancelation was done 'by a UHaul representative' with no further explanation. When I explained that my need for a truck was urgent, she deigned to make a replacement reservation for me at Clark's Travel, which she said was 'just down the road' when in fact it was a 20 minute drive away. On a positive note, Magui of Clark's Travel totally understood my situation and gave me EXCELLENT customer service. I'll be remting my UHauls from Clark's Travel in the future .

Short staffed. One guy just sitting around doing nothing while I waited…Didn’t get a receipt. What was sent via email had a broken link to my receipt. No one on site to take van back in.

The change in pick up locations seemed to mess things up. New location was not ready for me, took an hour to check out. Nice people though :)

There are no signs to show customers where they parked these trucks, a gas station and a diner DOES NOT EQUAL/SAY TO RETURN YOUR 26FT TRUCK IN THE BACK. NOY HAPPY WITH UHAUL AT ALL. TRUCKS ROAD LIKE THERE WAS ZERO SUSPENSION., BUT AC WORKED

The staff was very helpful. I did a 3am drop off, and a staff member greeted me in the parking lot and gave me a very nice welcome and it was awesome. Customer service. Wow. Thanks!

There was less fuel in the vehicle than the contract said , only barely 1/4 of a tank. This location is at a gas station so it would be nice to pick up a truck that didn’t immediately require filling. I informed staff and they did not make any concession even though I returned it with over 1/2 a tank. Truck was dirty with broken cardboard boxes and bags in the cabin and the cargo part also needed sweeping out before I could load anything.

It was busy, a bit chaotic. The keys were handed over with only a verbal acknowledgment of receipt. But it was an easy location to drive into.

Was meant to pick up truck in Palm Desert, received notification the day before that I needed to go to Indio about 15 miles away. The location was confusing and street detours not good.

Incredibly confusing drop off. I was also overcharged for gas as I refilled right before dropping off and put even more gas in the tank than what I picked up and was told I needed to refill at.

Center added extra charges. I returned vehicle with more gas than i received it with and she charged me for more gas. Total bill was $ 50 more than i was quoted. Would not rent here again

The person that was suppose to assist us with the return was not there. We waited 15 minutes, with no guidance on how to return the truck. After 30 minutes she took our keys and told us to go. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

Just come out and verify that equipment is returned, got called three hours after I returned because it was not checked in plus a furniture dolly was lost, luckily I was not charged. Could improve costumer service.

The rate per mile is a bit high! I think if you pay for the coverage on the truck Incase of any accident the rate per mile should go down!!

Nothing. The employees at Clark’s were courteous and professional. The 26’ truck I rented was very clean and ran great. I even left my cell phone in the truck and they got it back to me. Thank you all

Employees/owners were vey rude, dismissive; evidently the place is also a prostitution hang out. Saw activity outside and was advertised on a sign on the wall.

There is no dedicated person at the uhaul desk. You go to the convenience store in front of the building to get a person to come to the u haul desk.

It was a little confusing in the beginning because I could not find a person to help me , I didn’t see instructions to make a phone call to get assistance so I was back and forth looking for assistance. I decided to call the number and a person answered and said she would be right over. Once we got the ball rolling, it worked out ok
