U-Haul stated not only upon reservation but by phone call twice that we would be provided a code to retrieve the keys ourselves. It came to reservation time and it wouldn’t come in via app nor text. We tried calling for 45 min, no answer. When we finally asked the gas station employees , which no where, nor did any U-Haul employees let us know to go inside. They were very much confused and prolonged the process by not knowing how to properly give us our keys. The truck itself served its purpose but getting the actual truck was very difficult and wasted so much time.

Tanya MThe trailer and 2 dozen moving blankets were extremely dirty. Dirt, dead grass and a large volume of pieces of blue and grey rubber were on the trailer floor and blankets caused our brand new furniture and cushions to become very dirty and filthy. Absolutely disgusting. The pick up was delayed because no one was available when we arrived. The wiring harness had to be replaced because it was not working. I returned the trailer at 12:30 pm, but the employee who closed the rental documented the return time at 3:00 pm.
