Less than 1/4 tank of gas. Since this location is at a gas station, tank should be full or close to it and ready for customer pick up. Dirty interior of cab and the windshield was so dirty it was difficult to see out of. Someone should at least wash the windshield so it's not a safety issue for the driver. Customer has no way of cleaning the windshield prior to driving and, maybe not even afterward since the truck was so big and difficult to reach windshield without a ladder.

First off the app doesn't work properly. I filled out everything and still need a rep to finish the rental.I waited 30 mins to even get a person to help and even though I used the app to speed up the process it seemed to me like it had to be restarted at the Clark's u haul rental location which is inside a laundrymat. The haul was in poor condition to say the least... Tagged up by thugs .... Door jammed up on me more than five times.... The wait time to check in and out took over an hour..... I will never rent again .... I couldn't even get a receipt at the time of the return.... Please train ur associates at all location on how to use the system or update them.... Please call me since I had to pay someone to unjam the u haul door ... Stay away from this location beware fellow renters.

I arrived at the pickup location to find that a truck was not available for me to pickup after I had reserved it. I was sent to another location 10 minutes away. Because of this delay I missed part of the event I was supposes to be in attendance and wasted time.

Shocks on truck were shot, I think, and the steering wandered at times. Bed flex or door flex caused lots of noise when empty. 10-foot truck got 8 mpg which makes it tough to refill when they send the trucks out less than fully fueled (and the penalty for incomplete refuel is not negligible). There's really no excuse for sending trucks out on 13/16th fuel level when the location operates gas pumps on site. Office was always unattended and I was forced to wait 10 minutes in a laundromat while a u-haul agent was sent over. Neither the office nor the laundromat are air conditioned. Other than that it was good. The people are nice and reasonably competent. Truck was clean. Door and latch worked easily.

A weird location, inside a laundromat....strange people hanging around.

Get people who have customer service. In fact get someone who knows how to talk to a woman period. The truck was dirty, I had to clean it out myself before putting my furniture inside. Ivan Lotito didn't even offer me options of care plan or to do in-town or drop off at another facility, or how long I can rent the truck, instead he said it was mandatory to do what he wanted because I didn't make a reservation at his location. I asked for no care plan & to drop off the truck at another facility as well to use the whole day. The truck didn't even have the correct mileage as was provided in the paper. Not only did I pay for what I did not want but that guy blamed his own boss for not keeping the vehicles clean and had no care if I reported him.

The Truck windshield was filthy. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 7:00am. the guy didn't get there until 7:30 and said it was Uhauls fault because he didn't open until 9:00 am. Even after the fact that he called me two days before to confirm. Than he had to call Uhaul and have them walk him through the process. And I went for the express check-in, what a joke. I finally got out of there about 8:20. Than I find out the right brake didn't work and he hadn't put the dolly I rented in the truck. He told me he couldn.t do anything about the brake light. I was not at all happy with the experience.
