Right side mirror was broken when received, didn’t hinder driving experience though

HUSEYIN IThe UHaul Varner Rd location at the foot of Washington Street decided to randomly cancel my 9.30 am reservation on 12/16 AFTER I received your text confirmation the prior day. The very disinterested representative said the cancelation was done 'by a UHaul representative' with no further explanation. When I explained that my need for a truck was urgent, she deigned to make a replacement reservation for me at Clark's Travel, which she said was 'just down the road' when in fact it was a 20 minute drive away. On a positive note, Magui of Clark's Travel totally understood my situation and gave me EXCELLENT customer service. I'll be remting my UHauls from Clark's Travel in the future .
Catherine MShort staffed. One guy just sitting around doing nothing while I waited…Didn’t get a receipt. What was sent via email had a broken link to my receipt. No one on site to take van back in.
