People were great friendly, curtious did exactly what they said they would do. Accidentally over charged me with extra miles but they noticed it and pointed it out to me when I wasn't really paying attention and might not ever have caught it! I was in a hurry so instead of waiting I paid the overcharge and took their word that they would fix it all and credit back my account. So that's exactly what they did now days big corporations would never just take my word on how many miles I drove we both trusted each other to do the right thing and everything worked out highly recommend especially if you like the small business feel

The individual responsible for issuing the trailer was not immediately available. The trailer was not ready to go. The utility cart I had reserved was not available and he asked if I would be willing to another location to pick one up. Upon return, I had to drop the trailer myself.

Awful space for a rental. Shop is like a bad flea market. Person helping me didn't know how to process the rental. Had to go to a second uhaul location for help with the wiring harness. This location barely tightened the hitch and we almost lost the trailer on the way to the second location. By the way, this was the second place we had to go to for the pick up since the first place that confirmed my reservation via email didn't have the trailer. Very disappointing experience.

First of the person that rents out the trucks wasn't there I had to wait for about 30-45 mins, second of all their customer service was horrible and rude! Third of all Chris is the person that finished the rental smelled like alcohol and gave us a filthy truck that he claimed he cleaned! The windshield had bug guts that was still stuck to the window he claimed he sprayed it with a power washer NOT! The inside of the truck was dirty and still had old blankets from the previous renter! And to top that off they had no dolly for me even though I had requested that from the beginning of reserving my truck! This was by far the worst uhual experience I have ever had from utilizing your company! I was also charged 10 dollars for a dolly I never got please refund my money, I should get another discount for the inconvenience for the entire dilemma I went through from start to finish!

Original reservation was changed last minute without consent to a later date. Original reservation was then canceled and new reservation was created for immediate pickup via moblie app. The mobile pickup option did not provide us with the correct combination. We needed to wait until the next day to obtain our rental which put us in the middle of a snowstorm the entire drive from phoenix to denver resulting in 3 times the drive time and 2 stays overnight in hotels along the way. Extended drive time resulted in extreme shortage of time for unloading vehicle after arrival. Employee at location was nice and helpful at time of pickup.

The customer service rep. Said that the truck had arrived 30 minutes before arrival. We had to go to another location to get blankets. Not a huge hassell but not A+ service or planning.

Dolly was almost useless on stairs. Either model wasn't good enough or wheels were too worn out. Metall parts were scratching stairs and it was kind of hard to operate. Everything else were perfect.

I mapped out my route prior to truck rental. It was 42 miles round trip. Somehow I was charged for 61.4 miles - nearly $20 more than quoted. Will never use this location again.

Had to make 3 trips because the hours of operation was incorrect. Were told 12 pm to 5 pm then told 10 am to 12 pm and neither time was correct; attendant stated we had a late start today. When informed that the man who answered the phone said we are only open until 1 PM (that was at 12:40 PM) he said no we are open later. Poor communication, and poor service.
