Minetta TI reserved a truck located near my home and was told a day before my reservation that I had to go to another location further than the one I originally had made arrangements at . The new location did not have an employee on the premises and had to use an app which I’m not familiar to rent the truck . Being a little older I’m embarrassed to say that I’m not familiar with downloading apps and had to call a friend to come out to get through the process. To top it off the truck left large oil spots on the home I was moving from and the new driveway of the home I was moving to .

lavond bWe had to deliver the truck on Monday morning and the location was closed. We did it on line and returned the truck with the gas at the same level we got it at. But I was charged $25.95 for the gas. I did not know to take a picture when I picked up the truck gas level.
Barb WIn each of my visits, the property manager (Kirsten/Kursten) has been welcoming, friendly and patient to answer questions. Her customer service has been excellent even if the facility is still in its “Working on it” stages (though the facility is fine in itself).

Gustavo LMy uhaul was originally for Riverdale pick up. The night before it was switch to blue Island. I paid for a 10am pick up because I had a vendor show to be at 1pm. The guy did not come until 1130am.He gave me keys to the wrong truck and then he tells me just take take the bigger truck no charge. He let me leave and then calls me to redo another registration over the phone . So at the end of the show it says 66miles which is a black big lie... I went from blue Island, to Riverdale, to Harvey and did the show at Gloria Taylor hall off 147th and Broadway. Then I Left went back to Riverdale drop stuff off got gas and brought truck back to blue island. I DID 10.5miles only that day. Yall hit my Debt card for extra. First of all It should be free because how you all switch my reservation the night before elsewhere. Then could not get a truck until 11:30ish. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHARGE ME OVER $92.00 FOR 10.5MILES. I WILL BE GIVING A BAD REVIEW TO BBB...

Harry DReservation was at 9 30. No one was even at location to open. Luckily a u haul rep came to check in trucks & was able to get me on my way over an hour late. This has happened 2 times in a row now. Very disappointing
Steven KI had to hook up the trailer on my own because the guy they had working at the time didn’t know how to hook it up, I was giving a different plate number as what it showed on the pictures & invoice. And they charged me an extra $20.00 worst experience. I usually use the Hammond location & I’ve never had an issue with them

david hI tried to do online log in and was running into problems. The people on site was preparing to leave at 4:30 despite the place closing at 5 online . I told the guy I had a issue and he said , "thats u haul for you" and got in his car. Thankfully the lady did the process on a tablet as we stood outside. Overall the online experience and in person was a huge let down. I got my truck an hour late and wasn't able to keep it any later and was charged fully . Also insurance was added when I never selected that option

Antonia FThe man who was working the counter has poor customer service. Aside from that, he never told Us where to put the key when we returned knowing(him) that they would be closed. There were lock boxes for keys but they had codes on them. We found a slot on the door that were for payments, so I tossed it in there. Had to find it because he didn’t even tell us. When we arrived the first time he was in the back smoking a cigarette and looked beyond upset that he even had to help us. Worse uhaul rental I’ve ever gotten. Truck was so dirty. Cup holders were nasty. I took pictures in advance.
