The lady that was taken care of me, renting the truck was very nice and polite.
RONDALYN WI had a great experience from beginning to end. Though I was called to be informed a change of the location for pick up, I’m glad i was. The young lady I met today while working her shift was very professional, punctual, helpful and patient oh can’t forget understanding. The tire pressure was low on one of the vehicles and with understanding she switched out the keys. She was very patient with us as we awaited our Uber once we dropped off the vehicle. Today was an exhausting day, where I got a lot done , even after a nail day rushing to get to my online class. Outside of the kids today at U-Haul was 1/3 of a highlight of my day. I currently don’t recall her name yet I wanna say Happy Mother’s Day !

CARLA LThe young lady was nice enough to let me use the restroom. The restroom was filthy. There was fecal matter all iver the toilet. The truck broke down on me whilevI was moving. I felt rushed. I didn't have time to get gas because When the truck broke down I had to wait for rode side assistance which threw me off my schedule. Hoping to get some type of credit for the inconvience....
