If I could go the rest of my life never using U-haul again, I would. I hate yall, how you operate, your dumbass policies, and worst of all, you have some of the MOST incompetent and un-empathic people working in customer facing rolls I have ever experienced. NOTHING causes me more anxiety or putrid anger than the thought of EVER having to use yall again/the fact that I had to use yall period. My first experience with yall four years ago was a pure nightmare that turned me off your company for forever until I realized I could find no other option to fill my need last month. I hate your company and with every fiber of my being hope you get sued out of your ass and are forced to never be able to inflict this kind of distress on anyone ever again. I have one more review to leave and you will be seeing this exact paragraph again. I will never not be seething with rage anytime anybody mentions your company to me.

JOICE GYou want me to write a review for U-Haul but only make it about the pick up location!? The location was FINE what we are severally disappointed on is the lack of prep. We were NEVER called regarding pick up location which resulted in us losing nearly an HOUR of our reserved time. The pick up location was able to push the drop off back for us but we also didn’t have ANY of the extra dollys or furniture pads PAID FOR. Do better.

cHRIS cThe pick up location did not have furniture pads and was unable to remove them from the reservation. I reserved a truck to be picked up in Boulder, but U-Haul reassigned the pickup location to Longmont and did not give any credit for the additional miles.
