Location claimed they no longer did u-haul rentals and to just download the app and take the trailer, there was no way to pay for the trailer at the location so I had to pay over the phone. Luckily the call service from Casper, Wy was outstanding and helped me but I was very frustrated that the location wanted nothing to do with me.
