Even though I put in gas before the return they still added over $8 to my tab for gas... not cool. I only drove 12 miles, this is not my first Rodeo with uhaul and I'm usually satisfied but this time I was left unhappy.

No one available at pick up and had to wait an hour before someone showed up to check out the gear. After that gear performed well.

Jannice B.Only negative, which is not actually against this facility, when we booked the storage here this location came up as participating in the one way free first month storage the discount didn't show up on my online transaction so I ask on the online chat and they told me that it doesn't always show up on the online cart and that I would just have to ask for the discount to be applied at check-in at the facility. Got there to check-in after a long day of travel and the owner informs me he does not participate in the one way free storage program. The was literally the only reason I chose to use this location could have got a unit way cheaper elsewhere but at that point it was already after 5pm and I had no time to go to another facility before they closed. So $150 for a unit I will only use for half a month while I wait to close on my house when I could have had a unit for half that less than a mile from the house I am moving into.

While in the phone they told me I was supposed to have returned it to a different place. That was not the location that I had selected nor was it what was on my receipt.

I was told that I didn't need to refill gas because only a short distance but was charged to refuel. Wasn't happy that I had to use this location to pick up truck, it was far from where I lived and it added on at least 10 miles to pick up and return. I reserved at a location closer to my house and was told the day before that the pick up location had changed.

Left this location drove 4 hours to Seattle picked up my car and then continued to drive additional 5 hours to Coeur'Dalene IDAHO. Attempted to drop off at the closest location to me under the assumption that I had purchased a 1 way like I had asked for. The drop off location could not change the mistake in the computer by the previous employee and then charged me additional $300 for wrong drop off location.

I called customer service in which they told me I was the only one reserved for this and to tell him he has to give the truck to me. He still didn't want to give it to me! There's more to this along with this boy being rude and calling me demanding I bring the truck back. I suggest NO ONE EVER use this place EVER!!

So that's totally not professional. Other than that they were okay for a third party location, but the taxes, and fees too high.

Kellie M.I came in to pick up a truck. There were 5 children in the office, and no adult or anyone working there to be found. The windshield was cracked on the truck, rhe driver door did not close properly, the dome light in the cab stayed on constanly while driving, and after I drove away with my husband following me I was informed there were multiple beer cans sitting on the tailgate of the truck. I was also charged for 30 miles even though I did not use 30 miles and returned the truck with a full tank of gas.

Returned truck a day early but was still charged for the added day because the facility didn't process my return until Monday. Was given a $50 refund/discount for the dolly ($20) and wrong sized truck- but that didn't even cover the extra day I paid for. Call in customer service was good- location clerk was horrible.

Agent was unhelpful, requested a dolly, 8' truck was dirty with mud inside, in the back truck bed there were beer cans, shovel, broom and a flat tire. Had to remove items by myself since the agent closed up shop send left the premises. Called uhaul help desk several times due to condition of the truck and service. Finally just did what I could and returned the truck! Horrible experience!!!!

WOODY G.I scheduled for 24/7 pick up but when I went to get it and clicked to "get my truck" link it said I had to wait for them to open. However, the location isn't open on the day I went. It took over an hour on hold with customer service before a maintenance guy who happened to be there saw me waiting and helped me get in touch with the manager to get the truck. I had to scramble to find someone to meet the movers we scheduled through uhaul while I waited for the truck. Thankfully, it all worked out, but it's was an extremely frustrating experience.

When I asked about after hours drop off I was shown where the drop box for the key was. He made no mention of the after hours drop off procedures. I happened to stumble upon them after I got back home, too late to actually follow them. He also didn't say anything about putting gas in the truck. I initially thought that it didn't matter since I was given the truck at about 9/16 of a tank. I've rented many vehicles in my life. All were expected to be returned with a full tank. When I saw this otherwise and knowing I was being charged $1.59/mile, I thought it didn't matter. I happened to read the paragraph about it before returning the truck. Once again, not mentioned by the attendant. I'm glad I have learned to read the fine print, since the entire receipt is fine print. I wish I would have seen the one about returning after hours in the upper corner, not in the body of the receipt.

He takes your money before knowing if product rented is available and wastes your time with excuses of product being unavailable or that you even rented the product in general. (Regardless of whether it’s a truck or a storage.) The guy there is rude and careless about customer satisfaction. He takes no consideration towards anyone else’s time or money wasted towards working with uhaul to get a job done. Definately not a wise business choice to associate with someone as unprofessional as the guy who runs the facility.
