Service and attitude of rep was VERY poor. It began to rain hard during my move only to find the wiper blade on the driver side was non existent. Only the metal arm scratching across the windshield. This place is an absolute joke! Never again.don H.
Well they didn't offer my military discount, but later I got that resolved personally with U-Haul. They were upstairs instead of downstairs working, took awhile to get their attention. I came in to pick up a truck. There were 5 children in the office, and no adult or anyone working there to be found. The windshield was cracked on the truck, rhe driver door did not close properly, the dome light in the cab stayed on constanly while driving, and after I drove away with my husband following me I was informed there were multiple beer cans sitting on the tailgate of the truck. I was also charged for 30 miles even though I did not use 30 miles and returned the truck with a full tank of gas.Shanise M.

We reserved our uhaul for 8:00am, when the location was meant to be open, but waited almost an hour for someone to arrive to give us our keys and get us checked in. I called the uhaul line and the manager's number to get a hold of someone to figure out what was going on. No one called us to let us know they would be late. Didn't get the size of truck I reserved online or the utility dolly I reserved and paid for. Returned truck a day early but was still charged for the added day because the facility didn't process my return until Monday. Was given a $50 refund/discount for the dolly ($20) and wrong sized truck- but that didn't even cover the extra day I paid for. The most absolute worst experience I have had with uhaul. Agent was unhelpful, requested a dolly, 8' truck was dirty with mud inside, in the back truck bed there were beer cans, shovel, broom and a flat tire. Had to remove items by myself since the agent closed up shop send left the premises. Called uhaul help desk several times due to condition of the truck and service. Finally just did what I could and returned the truck! Horrible experience!!!!CARINA C.

I scheduled for 24/7 pick up but when I went to get it and clicked to "get my truck" link it said I had to wait for them to open. However, the location isn't open on the day I went. It took over an hour on hold with customer service before a maintenance guy who happened to be there saw me waiting and helped me get in touch with the manager to get the truck. I had to scramble to find someone to meet the movers we scheduled through uhaul while I waited for the truck. Thankfully, it all worked out, but it's was an extremely frustrating experience.Wesley R.
The location is very centrally located and convenient, but the attendant could be more forthcoming with pertinent information. When I asked about after hours drop off I was shown where the drop box for the key was. He made no mention of the after hours drop off procedures. I happened to stumble upon them after I got back home, too late to actually follow them. He also didn't say anything about putting gas in the truck. I initially thought that it didn't matter since I was given the truck at about 9/16 of a tank. I've rented many vehicles in my life. All were expected to be returned with a full tank. When I saw this otherwise and knowing I was being charged $1.59/mile, I thought it didn't matter. I happened to read the paragraph about it before returning the truck. Once again, not mentioned by the attendant. I'm glad I have learned to read the fine print, since the entire receipt is fine print. I wish I would have seen the one about returning after hours in the upper corner, not in the body of the receipt.Chuck H.

Appointment at 11:30 for pickup - sign on door said call this number if needed. Guy said he'd be back around noon. Issues with app not asking for in odometer or gas level - took pictures in case it would become an issue. Replaced gas used and am still being charged for gas even though it was returned at or above original level. Not very impressed.Katherine M.

My original contract was for a 24/7 pickup but the business was closed and there were no keys. Do you know stressful that is?! We rushed to a U-Haul store and they couldn't help us. No trucks, no option to get keys- sorry out of luck. Thankfully I had scheduled movers and when I told them I needed to cancel they were able to find us a smaller truck at the above location. Thankfully it was an in town move and friends had trailers that were able to help us. It was an absolutely stressful mess. I can't imagine if it was an out of town or out of state move!TYLOR P.

The customer service representative was not helpful at all. There was no pre inspection or walk around to explain anything on the truck. The mirrors needed to be adjusted and he did not tell us that we had to have an Allen wrench to move them. We had to purchase a set in able to drive the truck safely. This was not our first time renting a U Haul and we are very dissatisfied with the pick up service.MARGIE S.

Sweep out trailer before renting it, and in this particular case, wash the soda pop like dried up spillage on the trailer floor which was very sticky. This trailer needs a full interior steam cleaning, especially aft floor corners where there is gooey residue which comprised the keeping of furniture clean.WILBUR J.

You have improve simple workflows such as allowing users to simply press a button to declare the equipment is ready for the next customer. This creates conditions of compromised safety, such as I experienced, where trucks dropped off may not be cleaned before next use, but the button on the app during drop can simply be mashed as "clean and ready for next customer" even when clearly not true. I submitted photos and had a terrible time getting the dirty truck released to me via the app. I did the right thing when I dropped off by stating "no" in the app that the truck should be cleaned prior to next use due to windshield and safety concerns. I now received a cleaning charge even though the truck had less bugs than when picked up. Very frustrating and Uhaul has limited customer service, I spent 40 minutes on hold while attempting to pick up the truck, finally hung up and accepted the dirty truck! I should not be charged the silly 25 dollar cleaning fee. Uhaul needs to look at their workflows and how they allow for gaps.Danny P.

My entire experience was bad. I requested a truck at 730am. Instead you chose another pick up location that didn't open until 9 AM. My order had conflicting messages about pickup locations. Bald tires on the trailer. So bald that one gave out in the middle of Montana. Kept the tire to show friends and family. Also the one storage manager left for two hours as soon as I got to the location. Really nice waiting in 115 degree heat when it took five minutes to send me on my way.Samuel B.

I wasn't told I would need an adaptor for the lights then the location didn't have it and I had to run to a couple different places to find it. Only thing it said on website I would need was ball hitch - never renting a trailer before I had no idea what I needed so it could have said that and saved about an hour of my time. Also I reserved for Walla Walla and then was called night before and was told I would have to drive an hour away to pick it up. If they didn't have them in Walla Walla why was I given three options where to pick up?? The whole experience cost me an extra 3 hours total - not the fault of the place i picked up at (though they could stock the adapters) but of the online system. So I don't have problem with either location but I definitely would NOT recommend uhaul online system to order a rental.Aaron K.

Very unprofessional and the guy who runs it these days doesn’t run it efficiently, conveniently or in an acceptable manner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business there. He takes your money before knowing if product rented is available and wastes your time with excuses of product being unavailable or that you even rented the product in general. (Regardless of whether it’s a truck or a storage.) The guy there is rude and careless about customer satisfaction. He takes no consideration towards anyone else’s time or money wasted towards working with uhaul to get a job done.
