DENISE R | Overall ExperienceVery unprofessional and the guy who runs it these days doesn’t run it efficiently, conveniently or in an acceptable manner. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business there. He takes your money before knowing if product rented is available and wastes your time with excuses of product being unavailable or that you even rented the product in general. (Regardless of whether it’s a truck or a storage.) The guy there is rude and careless about customer satisfaction. He takes no consideration towards anyone else’s time or money wasted towards working with uhaul to get a job done. Definately not a wise business choice to associate with someone as unprofessional as the guy who runs the facility.
