Would NOT recommend terrible service from the call center to the front desk, they did not properly fill out the contract with the correct information even after confirming the correct information with me twice, which led to me being overcharged, and fixing that has been its own hassle. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

donald sThey over charged me the employee was on the phone when I brought it back fighting with someone on the phone and asked me if he could just email me later I never got an email back and then 4 days later they took money from me that they never should have I called and asked him why and he said my bad you are right you will get a refund back with in a few hours it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received my refund back I will never use u haul every again
