These neighborhood dealers may be good for your bottom line however, you are ruining your brand. Next time I will definitely check out rider or budget truck rental.

Oddly informal. They did not have the appluance dolly I reserved, that made my move more difficult. Had I known beforehand I would have changed rental locations. Renting from a physical location but still digitally wasn't as smooth. I will rent from a larger more dedicated location next time.
